Easy to contact the property management when required. Everything that has needed resolved in the three years I’ve lived here has been done so quickly and without hassle. The apartment itself is beautiful, all very modern and clean. We asked for the apartment to be furnished which it was and has been done so to a high standard.

Really great location for commuting to the city. Five minute walk to Limehouse DLR, fifteen minute walk to Canary Wharf underground.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Our apartment is on ground floor next to the room where all the meters are. The lounge can get incredibly warm sometimes.

What is the best feature of your home:

The open plan lounge / kitchen with patio doors is nice and bright and great in the summer.

really modern and design with efficient equipement! The kitchen particularly nice and design with all what you need! However, the shared corridors between flats are always too hot, I think there is problems with the heating system in that part of the building

Bike stolen even inside the building

They answered to some of them but not all and it took time

This is one of the newer buildings in the area (I believe around 6 years old) and it is very nice! Good fixtures, good insulation and appliances which makes the flats quite cheap to run!
There are also some very nice communal areas, ample bike storage and a garage. All internet providers are available to the buildings which makes this even more interesting for working as well.
The property management from A2Dominion is great, they’re some of the better landlords to deal with, no doubt. Great communication and very fair, I’d say.

Limehouse is a great area, with a mixture of quaint streets and more modern developments. It is relatively safe and the transport links are absolutely great, being under 20 minutes away from the City or Canary Wharf, 30 minutes from the West End.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Up until 6 months ago, there were several rough sleepers entering the building because people let them in. This was due to the lack of a concierge/security service even though there is space for one. That has not been an issue lately, but might become one in the winter time.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

There is not enough storage space unfortunately and while the flats are recently built, they are also a bit “bland”. I would also mention the walls between rooms are paper thin!

The entire development is relatively new (built in the last 5 years I believe) with good quality fittings throughout. The flats are fairly modern, but some are slightly small, especially in the taller building. A2Dominion are great to work with!

I’ve been in this development for almost 3 years. The apartments are sometimes small but very stylish with tons of amenities and good fixtures throughout. I have to criticise the usual lack of built in storage but other than that, really happy!

Generally new builds great transport links and pubs!

That there is no concierge and random people can easily access the building at any time.

Overall iona tower it’s a really great building aside from the fact of security. Since theres no concierge strangers keep coming in and out of the building as they please.

It is a nice place to live, with amenities close by and the flats are reasonably spacious. The upkeep of the surrounding area is not to a good standard and drags the place down slightly.

The best 2-bedroom 2-bathroom flat in London

I have been living with my partner in this flat for 2 months and it is the best flat anyone could ever get for the rent we are paying. The design is contemporary, bright and has very high ceilings. I feel so lucky to be living in this flat, because we have huge windows, good quality furniture and so much space.

Limehouse is very close to Canary Wharf and has because of the bus and DLR connections great accessibility. On the other hand, it is lacking a bit in restaurants, because we cook at home most of the time it is just fine for us and Canary Wharfs restaurants aren’t far.

The location of the site is excellent. Great connections to other parts of the city.
The flats are also in a good condition, although they are a bit small. They are also quite stylish and offer excellent temperature management throughout the year.
I think that, for the price, you get good value.

The buildings are not safe however. A2Dominion refuse to employ a concierge, even though there is space built for this. This means that there are plenty of rough sleepers coming into the corridors and taking parcels.
The communal spaces are not very well maintained. What could be beautiful roof gardens are left to feel very deserted.

Limehouse is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in London. Great pubs nearby, it is quiet, yet very close to so many points of interest. Quite well served by public transport.

It could do with more shops and communal spaces, but it’s not that bad in this regard.

There is absolutely not enough storage space in these flats. There is barely any built in storage. Therefore you must invest in wardrobes etc to actually store your belongings.

A2 dominion are very quick to a problem at hand and responds quick. The only real problems with the development is that the elevators break constantly and are a problem every month. It has everything you need for living although nowadays flats have more facilities such as pools gyms, cafes etc… Something of which this area is lacking

The location is very handy with quick convenient access to DLR and bus that go either direction east and west. Canary wharf is also right there and London city airport. The downside is the area itself, there is not much going on and is not very trendy. It does not necessarily appear safe but in saying that I have not had any problems since I moved there.
