Easy to contact the property management when required. Everything that has needed resolved in the three years I’ve lived here has been done so quickly and without hassle. The apartment itself is beautiful, all very modern and clean. We asked for the apartment to be furnished which it was and has been done so to a high standard.

Really great location for commuting to the city. Five minute walk to Limehouse DLR, fifteen minute walk to Canary Wharf underground.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Our apartment is on ground floor next to the room where all the meters are. The lounge can get incredibly warm sometimes.
What is the best feature of your home:
The open plan lounge / kitchen with patio doors is nice and bright and great in the summer.
Modern and impressive Limehouse apartments
Well designed property with a gorgeous rooftop terrace with views over the Thames and city skyline. Regular cleaner who looks after the public areas. Fire safety monitors watching the property. Separate and secure garage, recycling bin room and green spaces.

Lovely area on the regents canal and opposite Limehouse marina. Waking distance to Victoria Park, canary wharf shopping mall and restaurants. Super quick and easy transport only two stops to the city.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The rooftop is a real asset and I love how easy and quick it is to get places
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
Property management response times to queries need to be improved.
Great Development in Limehouse
Development is really good, as soon as something breaks, I can report it and it will get fixed promptly. House is kept clean & safe with regular patrols. Property Management is very responsive.
Flats are equipped to a really good standard & finished to a great standard.

Not a lot of restaurants or pubs in the area, but very well connected and close to the canal with close access to Victoria Park
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I knew the building before moving in as my friend is living in the same building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Hob didn’t work properly when I moved in, sent a video to building management and a new hob was put in with no further questions.
Iona Tower Review – First floor resident
The development and layout of the property is great and although the space isn’t large, it is utilised efficiently. The rooftop garden is a great sanctuary and has offered respite and a place to escape during these challenging times. One criticism of the building would be the entrance fob; quite often the tennant who’s number is linked to the system will be out and miss the call for somebody at the property. If there was a way for this to be resolved that would be great.

Area is very conveniently located for a young professional like myself; the building offers a young of amenities such as a gym, a marina and 2 supermarkets all within a 5 minute walking distance. One issue we have found being first floor residents is the noise from youth gangs congregating outside our window.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The shared rooftop garden was a real USP, and not something we were made of until moving into the property – a real pleasant surprise!
What is the best feature of your home:
Homely and well utilised space – the communal rooftop also, offering stunning views of London.
Modern building, good management
It’s a modern building with 2 lifts, kept clean regularly and the building manager is responsive to comments or questions, so his support is there, which is very helpful. The green spaces in the square are also kept trimmed and are quite decorative. There is no concierge service, but there is an A2 Dominion person on-site during the day to deal with anything building related.

I like the transport links – both DLR and jubilee/central line, the number of parks as well as closeness to the Thames/canals with walkways.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The lack of concierge services as this is something which is often available in other developments in the area
What is the best feature of your home:
I enjoy the location of the building, on the main road but sheltered from the noise of the street. The flat is fitted with modern appliances, too.
Great Value Living
Facilities are great, our terrace garden is excellent. Would like to see slightly better upkeep but it’s otherwise great.
I always feel secure and security are very nice.
The only criticism I would have is a struggle to set up our heating, this has taken a long time and we haven’t had much help from the management.

Shops are very close, aswell as the DLR. It takes just 3 minutes to walk to a local Tesco’s and 5 minutes to a Lidl Superstore. The gym is just across the road also!

I wish we knew about the roof garden! I use it all the time and it wasn’t shown in out viewing or website
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responses have generally been fast. Management is helpful and do their jobs well.

-rooftop terrace
-storage area
-all meters will be accessible to tenants (or in the flat)

To ensure the flat is professionally cleaned before you move in.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
I wish I had a dryer in the flat because I was only given a washing machine and it makes my life very difficult.
Great place to live!
The building management is great, if something does not work you just have to give a call and they send a engineer or plumber as soon as possible when the time suits you best!
The design is done about 10 years ago but it still gives such a modern look and feel. When I came for a viewing I was surprised it is that old already!

Lovely appartement complex, just 5 min away from limehouse station which gives a great connection to the rest of London and the City airport.
There is a nice coffee house just past the Tesco towards limehouse station for a nice coffee and a great place to do some work to get out of the house. There is a small tesco that way too.
Just around the corner there is salmon lane with some small shops, off licenses and a dentist, it makes everything very convenient.
For more groceries you can walk through the park and within another 5 to 10 min there is a lidle and another tesco.
With great access toward mile end park it is a great place to live and it’s easily to go out for a run or a walk.
I have been living here for a couple of months now and the apartment is fantastic! It’s isolation is great, during the colder days the heath stays in. The big windows that go towards the balcony make the apartment very bright!
The inner court Keeps most of the noice out from the streets making it a very pleasant and quiet place.
I consider myself very lucky to live in this modernish appartement and everything I need is close by. Everything that is available within a 20 min walk to canary wharf!
There is a bus as well stopping in front of the complex driving all the way to trafalgar square.

There is not really something I didnt know as I lived quite close before.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick and swift, we had some problems with lights in the kitchen and bathroom, but they fixed very quick.
Fabulous flat
The design is great, simple, modern but still homely. I love that the kitchen dining area and living room are connected, makes it social and inviting. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with an amazing shower. The management were really easy to deal with and very helpful

Super well connected so i can get anywhere quickly and right on the canal so can go for gorgeous walks
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
there is only one key to the mailbox (sometimes inconvenient as we are 2 tenants)
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
Add a rail to the storage closet so that we could hang jackets
Decent place for a first time adult renter
The price is great but our flat is very small. There are always small things that don’t get fixed such as broken signs, front doors that stop locking, etc. Repairs take aaaaages to fix sometimes. No facilities for coral apartments. Feels secure for the most part though, and very convenient location.

Love the marina, being so close to CW and the DLR. Gym opposite is also very handy.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
West facing is great … but a tiny one he’s new build gets unbearable hot in the summer!
What is the best feature of your home:
Sunsets from the balcony and never needing heating in the winter
A fair place to live in
The Coral Apartments block is a well-designed residential block that includes very spacious apartments, many with balconies and terraces both facing the very much appreciated internal communal garden. The cleaning staff is making sure the communal areas are clean everyday and the maintenance staff is often carrying out repairs or checks.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
This area is one of the many examples of regeneration occurred in East London. In fact, it’s characterized by newly built blocks surrounded by canals flowing towards a small harbour, offering a very suggestive scenery.
The location offers different amenities for grocery shopping such as Lidl and Tesco Express, and you will also be able to find many local corner shops, hair dressers and take away restaurants shattered across the secondary streets.
The main street is often very busy with traffic as can be considered an artery to the city centre. Nonetheless, there are a very well-structured gym and a few restaurants on the main street.
The area is comprised in between the DLR stations of Limehouse and Westferry, very well-connected to either the center or Canary Wharf.
A slightly negative note worth of mentioning is the fact that around the new developments there are few shady places where you wouldn’t feel safe if it wasn’t for the security patrolling the area.

I wish I had know before about the Vital Energi heating system adopted in this building
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of my home is the very large terrace!
