The building is modern and secure with a 24/7 concierge desk available to receive deliveries during the day which is convenient. The development is well located for central London, within walking distance of local amenities such as shops, bars, restaurants and tube station. For the location and size of flat it is good value for money. The main downside is that the walls separating the different flats are thin and so noise can travel leading to issues/complaints between neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is central and very well connected within easy reach of much of Central London both on foot and via the tube. Traffic can be quite congested and slow, there is also a fair amount of noise from the streets.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Get to know your neighbours so that if there are any issues re noise or anything similar, it can be resolved amicably and respectfully.
