wide ranges of Supermarkets from Adli to Waitrose. excellent location 2 min walk right opposite to a bus stop to Central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the parking lot gate broken amd the team fixed immediately.

would like to know there are 2 blocks with different names but share the same room number. the parcel will be sent to wrong door .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely area close to bus station. Tube station is a little far but reasonable for London. Many restaurants and shops open late at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive- dishwasher did not work and was replaced immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Very responsive management team for repairs. Very convenient bike parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's great for commuting, located within 15 minutes walk from Woodside Park or West Finchley tube stations. There are 3 big major supermarkets within 10 minutes of walking: Sainsbury's, Waitrose and ALDI. Local cafes and bars are not bad. No parks or other green spaces, which are close, but if you wish to have a 20-25 minutes walk, there are several of them in any direction. It's quite noisy being on the a busy high street crossroad, but due to quality construction materials with closed windows it's around 40db inside the flat during the busy day hours. It's quite safe place, you can meet several local mentally ill people shouting on the streets from time to time or teens from near schools smoking weed, but that's it mostly.

They are responsive usually, but the staff changes quite often.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How hot it's during the summer times inside. It can be easily over 30 degrees inside during the sunny days, if the windows are not open all the time, which is quite noisy and dusty.

If I want to talk about its good aspects, I should say related to really decent accessibility to every thing. as regards to bad aspects, the most significant thing is traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

he is at building every wednesday and carry out every thing which occur for residents as he can

I wish to know about amount of council tax related to this area in which this court is located that I find it realy expensive

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great connection via Northern line. A variety of supermarkets, bars, cafes, charity shops, etc. nearby. However, lots of traffic noise and the streets can be cleaner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had one small issue a long time ago - quick reaction, all good.

I wish I knew that it’s more loud than I expected.
