Living in this area has been a really positive experience overall. The community feels safe, friendly, and welcoming, and it’s easy to settle in and feel at home. Local amenities are close by, transport links are reliable, and there’s a nice balance of peaceful surroundings with everything you need within reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been very responsive whenever I’ve raised a problem or concern. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, and I’ve always been kept updated on the progress. What stands out most is how approachable and supportive the receptionist team has been throughout, they make it easy to communicate and always ensure I feel listened to. Their professionalism and friendly manner really make a difference in creating a stress-free living experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how quickly the community would feel like home. I expected the settling-in process to take a while, but with the support of the receptionist team and the welcoming atmosphere, it happened much faster than I imagined. If I had to mention something practical, I would say it would have been helpful to know more about the parking situation in advance, just to be better prepared.

Everything is perfect except the response time of the building maintenance and repairs. Specially for major issues like the air circulation system which eventually caused mold in my living area and bed room
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very slowly, took ages and loads of follow ups to get the most important issues resolved
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
While everything looks good, maintenance issues cause a lot of harm to the standard of the building which could easily be avoided

Good location, nice building and outside areas, a lot of accessible areas, has a nice gym, apartments are nice

Kultar i feel was the one that had actually fixed and explained the problem and took time to do this while explaining

Didn’t know the hot water would switch on and off, Has nice living room areas and outside areas

Overpriced because the management is terrible. Everything is always broken and they never fix it so it’s clear the whole thing is just a money making enterprise with no real thought for its clients.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No management have never fixed anything in over 12 months

Bars across the street open to 3am playing live music. Drug addicts and homeless living in the property’s car park! Furniture rental package is for the year when they said it was monthly. Yearly increase in rent without consideration or consultation

Location is very convenient, next to train and bus station. Not far from the town centre. It's a bit expensive but all of Bournemouth has that issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Shower slider door derailed and was fixed the next day.

The internet can be a bit tedious as multiple tenants would connect to the same router.
