Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Pomona Wharf is a quiet and modern residential area with good access to Manchester city centre. The nearby Pomona Metrolink stop provides quick transport links into the city, MediaCity and Trafford. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, bars and gyms within a short distance, particularly in Castlefield, Cornbrook and MediaCity. The canal paths and nearby green spaces are great for walking and cycling. The area is generally peaceful, although traffic noise can sometimes be heard from nearby main roads, and parking can be limited in some areas. Bin collections are regular, and overall it feels like a safe and convenient place to live with good transport connections and local amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team have always responded quickly and professionally to any issues raised. Communication is clear and problems are usually addressed promptly. Andy and Alex are great and are always approachable and helpful when assistance is needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient the location is for getting around Manchester. The nearby Metrolink stops make commuting into the city centre and MediaCity very easy, and the canal paths are great for walking or cycling. It’s also quieter than you might expect for somewhere so close to the city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
we are right next to the city centre/bullring which is wonderful and very easy when you need to grab something quickly. being next to a university means there are typically students around and it’s quite busy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
they have typically answered within 24 hours - via the app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
i wish i would’ve known how much you celebrate culture and all the fun get togethers you do. ping pong tournament, chinese new year, bbq, parties, etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s very close to New Street Station, and right next to loads of buses. Loads of restaurants a short walk away. I’d say the only downside can be sirens at night, we are near a local hospital and sometimes police have sirens on.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As mentioned in main review Kultar, Annie, and Isabella have been really helpful in sorting any seemingly bigger issues I had over the years.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Again it’s probably just the noise locally sometimes - e.g. ambulance sirens from local hospital - it’s little and often but can be entirely blocked out by shutting my windows. Also I think this depends what block you’re in, my block faces the main road.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
lovely area shame about the management of this building who only care about getting as much money out of residents as possible with minimum service.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
very badly, they are required to squeeze as much money out of you as they can.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew theyd be hiking the rent up by double figures on a regular basis until you are force to move out. and I wish i Knew they would hold on to my deposit for several months before release even though they have no claims against me and all bills and rent are paid up.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Area is fine, you have tesco, Asda and train station near by as well as town center and beach are around 15 min walk
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They kept on telling me that they have contacted a contractor. That has been 3 months without any change.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that they had bad management and maintained service. It’s been hard trying to communicate with them and to get the problem solved.
