Overall a property with so much promise. It was let down by poor design choices and rough neighborhood.

Rent is very high. The neighbourhood can be rough due to addicts. Some of the facilities are very basic.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Hardly responded to any concerns. Poor action to maintenance.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wished I knew that facilities and overall maintenance pf the building is better managed.

I bave lived here for more than four years and have enjoyed my time at the market. Good location close to central Brighton and many workplaces, restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have had a few issues in our flats, most of which were solved in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Rent prices do increases every year even for renewing tenants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspects include, being in central Brighton, which allows for quick access to shopping and the fun of the town centre. Disappointing aspect is that there are usually no larger stores around here. The bus stations are particularly close to the area, neither is the train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes always responded to all of the issues I’ve had. Only out of hours, parties are sometimes held and it’s difficult to tell them to be quiet as the key doesn’t allow you into that building .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
As above. Quite a significant amount of students and student building nearby which can get quite loud

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces offer a good range and are convenient to use. I haven’t seen any unusual or anti-social behaviour, and everyone in the area has been polite. Bin collections are reliable. I don’t have a car, so I can’t comment on parking, but the street itself is quiet and pleasant. Traffic noise does happen at times, though it’s not a major issue and is generally acceptable. Overall, everything is good and I’m satisfied with living here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been nice, helpful, and responsive whenever I’ve raised anything, and any issues were handled quickly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I did good research before moving in, so there isn’t anything I feel I didn’t know beforehand. The reception team has also been very helpful, which made settling in even easier.

Its okay nothing amazing parking is crap have to join a waiting list then a further 250pm, massive influx of anti social behaviour as we live in front of council flats loads of weed smokers in the building

Always really fast could not complain always helpful

That the condition is poor, my building is new but sofas old tv unit old dirty just nothing amazing
