Pretty good range of shops and venues. Local stores in the areas and bigger supermarkets less than a 10-15min walk. Pubs, restaurants, etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the building management is great. Super attentive and responsive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly I can't think of anything in particular. The place has everything we need, really.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Sainsbury's and Coop shops nearby. There is a konbini 10 mins away along with a Tesco and an amazing chicken shop. 2 gyms nearby - PureGym and ParkView Lots of space for parking and electric charging.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues get solved with the highest priority. Its easy to contact them, either through mail or at reception.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Its better to get a balcony that faces outwards. Courtyard balcony is a bit boring.
