Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is situated in the city centre, so it’s near the train station, bus station, various shops, grocery stores, parks, restaurants and pubs/cafes. This makes it a big advantage however this also comes with downsides as the noise level can be quite loud especially during the weekends. There are lots of available parking in the surrounding areas but they can be costly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team have been understanding, helpful and responsive, and they try their best to come to a resolution as quick as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been great to know that there would be a lot of student residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to everything including the train and bus stations, bars and cafes, shops and parks. Decent parking availability although it is somewhat costly before 6pm. The park can be dangerous at night, and the streets are sometimes loud during university terms.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management are always trying to help us with our concerns and maintain good communication with us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we knew the amount of students that would be renting in the building as they tend to occupy the common rooms making it difficult for us to enjoy them also.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to all the shops and restaurants of Broadmead and Cabot. Just over a ten minute walk to Bristol coach station and Temple Meads.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow, sometimes months for repairs to happen. Some issues like blinds rolling down never get fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The climbing wall would not be open for over a yr.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s in an ideal area in the city center. Easy access to the local GP, shops, and public transport. Temple Meads is a short walk away. There’s some noise in the park especially in the summer, and very little parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had frequent issues with maintenance and some concerning the package lockers that have not been addressed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maintenance is going to be an issue. It needs a lot of follow up otherwise nothing gets done. Also if you are facing castle park, be aware of the noise during the summer and just a lot of ruckus from time to time.

Amazing loads of shops nearby as right in the centre and loads of restaurants around so no need for a car

Great always tried to sort out and never a problem

There’s so many events on each month which is so nice for things to do
