Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, cafés and open spaces within easy reach. Public transport links are generally very good, making it easy to get around without relying on a car. The street itself is relatively quiet and pleasant, although parking can sometimes be limited, particularly at busier times. Bin collections are generally reliable and there are no major issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it is a convenient and enjoyable area to live in, with most everyday amenities close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Easy and fast, evey complaint taken seriously, would recommend.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing really, exceeded my expections by far. Best BTR I lived in, ever.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is very convenient, with a good range of supermarkets, independent shops, restaurants, cafés and bars within easy walking distance. There are also several parks and open spaces nearby, which is great for walking and relaxing. Transport links are excellent, with frequent buses and easy access to the city centre. Overall, the area feels safe, lively and well connected, with most everyday amenities close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has generally been responsive when issues are reported and the team is approachable. Most problems are acknowledged and followed up on, although some requests can take a little longer than expected to be resolved. Overall, the communication is good and the management team is helpful when concerns are raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I would have liked to know beforehand is how convenient the location is for everyday life. Most essentials are within easy walking distance, and the transport connections make getting around Edinburgh very straightforward. It’s worth considering the location and proximity to shops and public transport when choosing an apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location isn’t terrible, it’s close to The Moor and the city centre, however I’ve found that the area isn’t secure and often has homeless people and large groups of people sitting directly under your windows making a lot of noise which isn’t ideal.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No, we have submitted a request to have a window that has been broken since before we moved in fixed. Reception said to submit a new report.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Make sure to clarify the exact rent you’ll be paying as they do charge differently for furniture.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient location - a 20 min walk along the river into the centre of Glasgow - good to clear the head before and after work. Sainsbury’s local in the same block. Quiet at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management team on the front desk very friendly and helpful dealing with issues - like finding things in the post room, sorting out the paperwork, and dealing with a minor issue with the lights.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I’m using this as a base for working away from home and I hadn’t thought through all the things I’d need to buy - ironing board, vacuum cleaner, microwave and kettle, chest of drawers, desk etc. It’s not a problem - I’ve ordered things to be delivered to the flat. I just hadn’t really thought through how much I’d need. That’s the one additional thing I’d find helpful from a development like this - things like vacuums and ironing boards that could be borrowed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is extremely limited parking availability, especially considering the size of the development - despite this during viewings staff still advertise free parking. The bins are poorly managed and rubbish often piles up and is then spread by seagulls and rats, including used menstrual products. Platform is close to some public transport links and is within walking distance (~15 minutes) to bars and shops.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Some of the staff are fantastic and really kind and helpful (particularly Ewan), however many are rude, dismissive and are quick to blame residents without listening to concerns. Emails from residents are regularly ignored for months at a time or are never responded to - not quite the luxury service they advertise. Sometimes maintenance requests are responded to quickly and taken seriously, other times you simply never hear back.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known the level of stress that living here and the actions of building staff would cause - you feel like you’re constantly waiting for the next issue to come up.
