A2Dominion Rental Only reviews

“A very well designed building with great facilities. The inclusion of a gym, car park and concierge are great. The location is close to transport links and local amenities such as shops and a retail park. Staff are friendly and helpful, this is mirrored in the option to report issues via a webpage which are solved promptly and at your own timing, which is great to slot in around work. Overall I really enjoy living in fellows square and would definitely recommend A2Dominion for anyone seeking a modern/well designed apartment for a great value.” – Verified resident, Fellows Square

Great links to public transport with it being on several bus routes.

Generally the layout of our flat is ok, may be some wasted space because of the area of the hallway. Can only access the balcony from the lounge and fell it would have been advantageous so could also access it from the bedroom. Although it was warm during the winter it has got extremely hot in the flat during the summer. The flat entrance door does not feel secure, would prefer additional locks. Also the heat recovery system was not working correctly for the first few months and was very noisy, this has now been repaired. The entrance doors into the blocks do not feel to be of a high quality and feel that they could be easily opened by someone wanting to force there way into the building

Great links to public transport with it being on several bus routes. Local store is a Lidl and it is on of their older stores so not great. Cricklewood is only 10 min walk away but its not a great area. Can get to Brent Shopping Centre by bus in 10 minutes

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Although the Builders centre wasn’t the greatest of views it has now been demolished so we are assuming there will be housing on the site which may not improve the view

I’ve had multiple issues in my new built apartment and A2Dominion has dealt with them effectively and as expeditiously as possible.

The architecture and design of the building is without a doubt impressive. Build quality is, so far as I can tell, also up to par. The newest materials of the best quality are clearly being used. I am also happy with the facilities, although the temporary gym is quite small and the swimming pool and sauna are still under construction. Very happy with the concierge as they are always there to be help in the best way they can.

Keybridge’s location is without a doubt amazing: Vauxhall train station and tube station are only 2 minutes away connecting you to prime central London. Places such as Victoria, Hyde Park, St. James Park, Green Park, and Westminster are a mere 25-30 minute walk. Moreover, there is an array of supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities such as a dry cleaner just around the corner.

Modern look and great location, average price and service.

Brilliant location, rather pricey but about what you’d expect to be paying for the area. Very modern look, but a few design flaws such as the electric meters being together and locked behind a door next to the lift, which is too far away for smart meters in some flats to work. Sometimes reported issues are ignored for a few weeks even after multiple reminders before any action is taken.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

City centre a short walk in one direction, a main train station a short walk in the other. Plenty of shops and restaurants in town. No large supermarkets nearby, all nearby local ones are pricey.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not all the lights are standard fittings and can’t be replaced with hue bulbs. Underfloor heating is not smart and can’t be connected to other devices. Smart meter for electric readings doesn’t work as the flat is too far away from the meter, and the meter is behind a locked door.

Nice facilities but extremely poor property management

Spacious apartment, happy with design, new and clean gym facilities, and an excellent 24hr concierge team. Doors to our block (in the common areas) seem to break easily and takes time to repair. Our property manager is unfortunately extremely difficult to get in contact with – never picks up the phone, and takes at least 1 week to reply emails on average. Moved in 3 months ago – had to pay off energy bill of previous tenants in order to have hot water. Had to chase this up multiple times and finally received our refund for this months later. Unsure why it took a2 dominion over 1 month to set up our Vital Energi account (again had to chase this up multiple times) when I assume this should be done before we moved in? Dishwasher was broken before we moved in – took 1 month for a replacement to be installed. Mattress had bloodstains on it, but this was replaced immediately which was great. Few other minor broken items in the apartment which were raised with the property manager few months ago still waiting to be fixed – was told the voids team would be in contact with us this week.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Excellent area with convenient transportation links (trains, tube, bus), lots of excellent local restaurants to dine at, Sainsbury’s Superstore located just around the corner and few local parks that are always kept clean and tidy.
No high street around here – so will need to travel slightly further to get to a bank, post office and retail shops etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Different flats have different features – e.g. induction vs electric stove tops, some have air conditioning, wine fridges etc

What is the best feature of your home:

Very handy to have a 24hr concierge team (who are all very friendly) to sign for any deliveries.
