Modern Living with Great Local Convenience Local Area Review The local area offers a fantastic balance of convenience and leisure. There is a great range of independent shops and high-quality restaurants within walking distance. Transport links are excellent, with frequent bus and train services making commuting easy, though traffic can get a bit heavy during rush hour. The nearby parks provide plenty of open space for exercise. My street is generally quiet and well-maintained, with reliable bin collections and minimal anti-social behavior.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have raised a maintenance issue or a concern regarding the building, management has been quick to respond. They usually acknowledge the request within 24 hours and provide a clear timeline for when the work will be completed, which is very reassuring.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that the mobile signal can be a bit patchy in certain corners of the building, so you might want to check your provider’s coverage.

I think it would be great to have more bars and restaurants close by. Transport links are great. It feels really quiet as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really quickly and efficiently on emails and also when requested.

The people living in the apartment building are really friendly!

Stepney green has great access to victoria Park and Hackney which become the hubs. The Rusty bike, coborn and lord tredegar give a range of good locals. Fizzy Stepney Green is right by the station so always feels safe to walk between.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Really quick to respond to issues. When maintenance request was put in, always had someone come the same day. The handymen were very professional and always fixed the issue

The hot water is provided to all the buildings in the area by a single facility managed by a separate company. Occasionally went down but the fizzy team were very on it chasing the third party.

I am highly satisfied with the area because there are numerous local shops, including bakeries, grocery stores, and cafes, all within walking distance, providing convenience and a vibrant community atmosphere.

Yes, they have, and I was contacted less than 24 hours after I submitted my request

No, there are no additional details that I would have wanted to know before I moved in, as all my questions were answered when reviewing the property from Sajid

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a great area with lots of amenities. I particularly love the local coffee shops and breweries. It’s a very calm and family-led environment. There’s tube and overground nearby which is great. The only downside is the lack of good restaurantes imo.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I think the communication could improve, faster and more straight forward support.

I don't think there's anything. We already knew the building as we had a friend living there before we moved in.
