Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve been extremely impressed with the development at Momento from day one. The building itself is modern, stylish, and very thoughtfully designed, with a clear focus on both aesthetics and practicality. Everything feels high quality, from the finishes in the apartments to the layout and presentation of the communal spaces. The common areas are always clean, well-lit, and inviting, creating a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the building to a high standard.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was an issue with both my front door and cupboard door, which was quite frustrating at first. I reported it to the manager, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly everything was handled. Within just two minutes, the handyman, Emeric, arrived, and he fixed both problems straight away with great efficiency. I’m very grateful for the prompt response and excellent service it really made a difference and turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The experience has met and in many ways exceeded my expectations. Overall, I feel very comfortable, well-settled, and happy with my decision to move here.

Great spots, great breweries; on the other hand, hard to move around when Victoria line is not working

They responded to any problem quickly and professionally

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Expectations were managed clearly and no major surprise was found after moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall the facilities are alright. We have local shops nearby, very few restaurant options but with transport links and connectivity, it's manageable. Anti-social behaviour is a small problem at nights around the locality on weekends but within the building, it's safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually, the team responds well. Sometimes, it's difficult to raise issues as we need to apply through app but overall the response is quick.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

During the summers, the window doesn't provide enough ventilation. Even Fans doesn't provide sufficient air circulation.

Great location, amenities, staff, costly lounge access

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is ideally located right opposite the station, making travel across London very convenient. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The area tends to be windy year-round and has constant foot traffic. On the plus side, it’s a very dog-friendly neighborhood, and there’s a park just around the corner. However, the bin collection area on the back street can occasionally be unpleasant due to strong odors.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been proactive and helpful to resolve any concerns or issues faced.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Monthly rolling contracts are significantly more expensive despite offering the same amenities and services.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great, access to the Olympic park and a short walk to Westfield shopping centre. Pudding Mill lane DLR station is a very short walk, with it only being one stop to Stratford station. The building is located on a busy road but is gated and set back far enough that there's rarely an issue with noise. Parking availability is only for those with a registered bay with this being enforced by an ANPR camera.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The mismanagement of the building by Firstport is something I wish I had known, but thankfully the building is finally being improved.

What is the best feature of your home:

The location is great as well as access to important transport links.
