Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very central, can walk anywhere in zone 1 London and every night bus takes you directly home. Fantastic tune line access.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
To pay for a snagging expert from day one to find small issues... Had to pay myself years after
What is the best feature of your home:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Super cool area to live in. Very easy links to the City from south quay (even if you dont get a seat on the tube, alot of people get off at Canary Wharf so you can almost always get a seat). Canary wharf has everything, very different to what it was before. Bars, restaurants, shopping, games areas, kids areas. And all within walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues are resolved almost instantly. Very efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The repairs and maintenance. It would have made the decision a no brainer. It is extremely good, efficient and convenient,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
-Switch2 the hot water and heating provider is awful to deal with. Additionally, prices are fixed - paying almost £3 per day in the winter to keep the house at 23 degrees in a 1 bedroom, so imagine for 2/3+! -Service charge subject to constant increase of upwards of 5%, which excludes building insurance and ground rent (total over £7,000 a year!) (more than double for 2/3 bed apartments) -As I bought the property on resale I wasn't provided full list of functionalities for the flat. When contacting estate management for help with minor fixes by asking for original contractors they insist of being paid to provide this service (about £50) just for a quote with their secret contractor (they won't give you the name!)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Relatively high maintenance costs and service charge
What is the best feature of your home:
Proper windows, modern fittings and comfort cooling

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is amazing and has been only getting better year on year with the Elizabeth line opening, lots of shops, restaurants and services have opened alongside it. It is a beautiful location although I am disappointed they are building over one of our only green spaces. Our street is great, the place is managed very well, we've never had any problems with bins or communal facilities. It can sometimes get a bit noisy in summer with the windows open but the security team are good at coming to sort it out if people are making noise outside your windows. The occasional case of anti-social behaviour but way less than anywhere else I've lived in London. I'm grateful for the security and concierge teams. The parking for most buildings is a huge win for London and it is so well maintained that my car is thriving.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known about the heat network. You cannot choose who provides your gas for hot water and heating. Although it is good to have a network because the supply is good and they fix problems very quickly, the standing charge is so high that our bill is huge even if we use nothing.
What is the best feature of your home:
How quiet, peaceful and safe it normally feels, even on a low floor.

I've lived here for a few months now and the staff are all superb and make you feel welcome! The place is kept very clean and overall very organised and a pleasant place to live. I've met some of the team, Imran, Kitti and Ben who are all superb and go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued resident
