Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As the development begins to take shape, we’re really enjoying the development and all it has to offer. The apartment is well designed, maintained and the team here are excellent. They have been accommodating to ensure residents feel at home in their new home and a shout out to Tom who has been so helpful. We’ve been here now since the opening and look forward to seeing the communal spaces to be fully functional.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly - any minor teething issues were handled well. Any issues addressed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Timeline for when the communal areas would be up and running - however, appreciate these were a work in progress with it being a new development would always take a bit of time to be running.
