The building management team are brilliant

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The mini shop next door to Riverstone Heights is brilliant alongside the Big Tesco which is a 2 minute walk away. I would love to see a coffee shop open up into the square. Bin collections are prompt and there is barely any outside noise from inside the apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any small issues with the flat i've had, have been actioned ASAP and always recieve prompt replies.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would of loved there to of been a community app or facebook page to chat to other resistents and foster that sense of community.

Amazing build and location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing grocery store proximity as Tesco is just 2 mins walk, with sainsbury and even another grocery store just outside the apartment. 30 mins tube to central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Heating and bathroom problems reported were addressed within 2-3 days, the team came to visit to check the issues within a day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Hammersmith line connecting it to kings cross is quite delayed (freq 10 mins), have to go through 3 changes everyday. Would have been good to know this before

Beautiful building and excellent value in Zone 2/3

Dec 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We live right next to bromley by bow station which is on the district line and the best for commuting into Zone 1. There is a full sized tesco right next door as well as 3 convenience or express grocery stores. I would say the only inconvenience is the parking availability as you can’t stand outside the building for an extended period, but I haven’t tried to buy a parking pass myself.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a heating issue where they contracted plumbers to come and fix the thermostat - this was our biggest issue and was resolved in a week

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are no CCTVs in the building so sometimes for example something like the cleanliness of the hallway chute, a common amenity on every floor, is somewhat subject to the tactfulness of your neighbors. However building management does a great job of sending emails to residents regarding respecting these communal facilities and we haven’t had an issue in recent months

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros: Location and proximity to the tube station is amazing, within a 3-5minutes walk. Cons: There are limited local shops and restaurants around the building, close to none.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, management will attend to issues raised but speed is dependent on priority of issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None, building is as expected as advertised. However, hopefully more restaurants and cafes will open up soon.

Would highly recommend living at Riverstone Heights

Dec 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A 1min walk to the tube station which is extremely convenient - good transport links with District and Hammersmith & City lines. A grocery store next to the building open until 11pm every day and a big Tesco superstore just around the corner is amazing for London! Nice places to walk along the canal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy to raise any issues within the app for the building - and management respond quickly via email and WhatsApp.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Although it’s easy for anyone to enter the lobby due to many residents living in the building, people can’t access any floors without a fob/key for the building - and you can only access the floors to the commmunal spaces and your own floor which your flat is on with your specific fob - so security is tighter than I realised, which is great.
