Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a good range of local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance, catering to both daily needs and social outings. One of the standout features is the excellent coworking area and terrace, which are well designed and very convenient for remote work, along with a 24-hour gym and a helpful concierge service. Transport links are strong, with easy access to public transport making commuting straightforward. On the street itself, it is mostly quiet and residential.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been responsive and professional. Most issues I raised were acknowledged quickly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe, with clear communication throughout the process.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how to enroll into building activities like run club, weekly hit and yoga.

Stylish and functional rented accomodation in Tottenham Hale

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - close to Tottenham Hale station with rail and underground links to central London. The building is located off a main street and is quite enclosed which helps for security and privacy. Bad - Tottenham Hale has very little amenities and places for food & drink. Adjoining areas are quite deprived.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good and quick service for many smaller issues. Unfortunately my flat suffered from foul smelling drains for months and the building management team were slow to respond to this and ultimately were not able to arrange for resolution or compensation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartment has a good sense of community and if you're interested it is easy to make friends here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is strategically located, theres loads of convenience stores nearby and well connected. Traffic isn’t bad and parking is well located. It is a quiet neighbourhood of north london but it is super social as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are efficient to resolve any matters and are always on hand to assist

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how easy it is to get into central from the building, I would have moved in sooner!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

tottenham is a good area overall but there is some things to be aware of. the victoria line is so close by, 5 min walk, and a retail park with every shop you could need. the river and wetlands are nearby as well as many cute cafes and restaurants. however sometimes as with many places in london you have to stay vigilant as people have had phones/bikes stolen etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they are always quick to respond and helpful. clay, iga, junia, charles , and all the other staff always have a smile and will help you!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

just be aware of the parcel room! due to people not picking packages up on time, the lockers can get full and packages can be left around which are hard to find
