Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: - There are many on-site benefits and amenities, including community events, gym, and even a grocery store downstairs. - Plenty of co-working space if living inside your room is too boring - Transport links are great, with bus station right outside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quite quickly, it takes max one day after a ticket is made for maintenance to come visit.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lights in the studios are very bright and white, which is amazing for working late but not as good as warm soft lights for resting or feeling cozy.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The high street shops are in decline. I have not tried many Restaurants, but the ones I have tried were not satisfactory, Pubs are all right and I would recommend the Eagle. Streets are dirty and flooded with fly-tipping. The surrounding area is a forest of concrete buildings of doubtful taste, there is a general lack of trees and green areas. Parking is just non-existent on street or extortive in the dedicated purpose built locations. Anti-social behavior is very common in the town centre and vicinity, but not in the building. That transport connections are fantastic and they are the reason I have chosen to live in Ten Degrees.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I do not have any complaint in this aspect. Every time I request maintenance, I promptly served, even though the situation is not always resolved, but they try their best.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make use of the gym and all facilities, they are really worth it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a nice area, local to everything: 1. The shops 2. The train station 3. The schools It's a nice area with lots of trees.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To be honest, very quickly, once we did ask for any help with anything, they responded and got someone out straight away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known about the doors. The main doors should definitely be soundproof; they should make them soundproof anyway, just to complete that subtle, quiet feeling.
