Exceptional Living Experience at Momento Hayes – Thanks to Outstanding Management Team (Sajid Lodha & Ha Doan)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in Momento, Hayes. Overall, it’s a convenient and well-connected area. The good aspects include easy access to public transport, especially Hayes & Harlington Station, which makes commuting to central London quite straightforward. There are plenty of nearby shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and Heathrow Airport is just a short drive away. The area also feels quite multicultural and lively. On the downside, traffic can get busy during peak hours and certain parts of Hayes can feel a bit crowded, and there isn’t as much green space as in some other London suburbs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team at Momento Hayes has been excellent in handling any issues I’ve raised. They are always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving problems efficiently. Sajid Lodha, in particular, has been outstanding — he ensures that every concern, no matter how small, is addressed promptly and with great attention to detail. It’s clear that resident satisfaction is a top priority, and their proactive approach really sets them apart.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They built a new play area for children, which wasn’t there when I came for the viewing. It was a wonderful surprise for my child, and she absolutely loved it

Modern, Well-Maintained Development with Good Facilities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has a nice balance of positives and a few drawbacks. There’s a good variety of local shops, cafés, and restaurants, with a mix of independent places and well-known chains. The nearby parks and green spaces are lovely and well-kept, perfect for walks or relaxing outdoors. Public transport links are convenient, with regular buses and a train station close by, although traffic can get quite busy during peak hours. My street is generally peaceful and tidy, with reliable bin collections and friendly neighbours, though there can occasionally be some noise or minor anti-social behaviour at weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally responded quickly and professionally to any issues raised. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and communication is usually clear and helpful. Overall, they are reliable and take residents’ concerns seriously.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how warm the apartments can get during the summer months due to the large windows and good insulation—it’s something to plan for with good ventilation or fans. Also, while the area is generally peaceful, it can get a bit lively on weekend evenings. On the positive side, I didn’t realise how friendly and helpful the neighbours would be, which has made settling in much easier. For new residents, I’d recommend joining the community group chat—it’s great for updates, recommendations, and staying connecte

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartments are very big and have not had any issues since I moved in. Really happy with the location, good public transport links and lots of shops nearby, but difficult to get deliveries as there is no parking nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues, but they were very quick with responding to any questions when we first moved in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great location to watch fireworks from Battersea park and I'm hoping for New Years Eve too.
