One thing that truly sets Aquifer House apart is the excellent maintenance service. A special mention goes to Paul, the maintenance person, who deserves real appreciation for his professionalism, helpful attitude, and quick response whenever something needs fixing. It’s reassuring to know that issues are taken seriously and repairs are handled promptly. Paul’s dedication makes a real difference and shows how much good service can improve the experience of living in a building.

Aquifer House is a place I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant home in Ilford.

Ilford is very specific for its vibes. There are some good places around for eating and shopping. Very well placed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For me its effective and very responsive management. Always happy to help. Paul is special person you wanna have around anytime you need anything. And I mean anything. That guy can help you from problems with heating to painting, furniture, doors, windows. Everything. Very knowledgeable person, always with smile and happy to help and explain what's and where is the problem.

Traffic can be little bit hectic. People in neighborhood can be sometimes too loud.

Ilford is quite nice. Shops, couple of good pubs and bars around, they are pretty old-school. Giving it nice vibes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is very effective. Paul is on his tiptoes, you can call him or send a message and he's always around to help you! Feeling special!

Parking... Parking can be little bit problematic...

This was my first family home. My son was born here. this place holds many memories for me. The management team are amazing Marija sergey Jacob afra were 10/10 professional but still after 3 years they felt like family.

Instantly concierge arrive withing minutes of raising a concern.

There’s not much I can say. I wish I had known before it was a pleasant experience from start to finish, and I would live here again.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love how everything is close by. Kitti and the rest of the team are always very helpful and available if you need them. Having a gym on site also is a great but could be bigger and the parking within the building is very convenient. The events are another fantastic addition like the wine and cheese evenings are a brilliant idea. It helps to create a welcoming community atmosphere. Just off Baker Street on Marylebone High Street, you can find the most beautiful bookshop in London highly recommended to visit.

We had a minor issue but it was resolved very quickly. The team was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. Great service!
