I would describe my experience of living in the local area as bad - in fact, terrible. That is my personal view as a resident.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have raised a formal complaint about repeated parcel problems and unreliable reception coverage. I want a clear explanation of what will change and a parcel-handling process that actually works.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how unreliable the concierge service would feel when I needed help with deliveries.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think its quite convenient. The only downside is the area around at late nights. Apart from that everything is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very quick. And its super easy to do this via the app.

I don’t think I have anything to add here. In general was a good experience

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Accessibility to transport into central London (25 mins), beautiful reservoirs, swimming, parks, sailing, running amenities, proximity to Stoke Newington Church street, buildings are decently built. Several gyms, grocery stores and dentist nearby The worst part are NHG, the management company There is anti social behaviour in the form of phone theft around Seven Sisters road and the station, I personally don’t feel impacted by traffic noise.

NHG property management, sign up to service charge without consent (eg concierge), no response

What is the best feature of your home:

Patio is good, overlooks a communal mezzanine garden, bedrooms are spacious.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a great area, great transport, the flats with parking spaces are amazing. Close to Kingston and New Malden, both with loads of restaurants, bars, shops etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parcels can be challenging occasionally, but can get delivered to pick up spot opposite.

What is the best feature of your home:

How soundproof it is - the windows lock and the flat becomes silent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great local shops, cafes, restaurants as well as services like doctors, dentist, physio, fitness studios, nail bars as well as transport links - all on the door step. A really convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues responded to immediately and resolved very quickly.
