Comfortable and convenient living in Seven Sister N15 with Apex Gardens

Apex Gardens, N15

Dec 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Apex Gardens is located right in the heart of the high street area, with a major Tesco Superstore just minutes away and the famous Seven Sisters Market which specializes in Latin food. There are a variety of other food shops like kebab, Costa Coffee, Malaysian food and even a well stocked Chinese super mart which sells fresh lobsters and crabs! Transportation is the best aspect because it literally takes 1 minute to get to Victoria Line Seven Sisters tube. Nearby, there is also Seven Sisters Overground and South Tottenham Overground.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is very responsive, and it's really straightforward to report any issues through the Grainger App. We had an issue with our freezer not working and they coordinated with Electrolux to replace the entire fridge unit.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are no other high rise buildings around the vicinity of 1km, so the view is really nice from 2 sides of our apartment, facing East (morning sun) and facing North. The management team organizes some really cool events like Summer Festival, Halloween Party, Christmas Night, Easter Egg Hunt etc for all the residents to come together and mingle, with free food, drinks and fun activities. If you can, secure the longer 3-year deal to lock in the rental pricing because you will get a better rate.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet-ish area with big Tesco nearby. Busy road but the building is well insulated so unless you have the windows open you can barely hear them.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The on site team are very quick to respond to any repairs, a few times even came up to my flat and unclogged my sink for me!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

there is no parking on site which did catch us off guard but there is a loading bay for moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great. Its located perfectly to be away from the busy streets but also close enough to incredible restaurants and shops near by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually respond immediatly on whatsapp and try their best to help! They are always on it and ready for anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the bus stop outside the building. It makes travel alot easier to other places in london which is great to know!

Westfield is right at the doorstep, which has a M&S and Waitrose inside (

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty quickly + to our satisfaction. Maintenance issues have all been addressed within at most a couple of hours, and we've always had email responses from the on-site team pretty much within the hour & any issues raised addressed swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Neutral/negatives: Heating/cooling provider is the same across development/can't be changed + could have slightly lower standing charge. Positives: A lot higher convenience from amenities/transport links than we expected before moving in. Also, a lot more green space than we thought (Olympic park is

Dec 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Sailmakers buildings are in a nicely located part of the South Quay area nearby Canary Wharf. The place feels more residential, diverse and modern.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive. Maintenance very good with any issue. Colin in particular is patient and responsive, communicates well and gets the job the done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Residents should have better, secure wifi in communal spaces.
