Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent ,everything is within walking distance: grocery shops ,a hair salons and many other amenities. The area is residential and quiet .The station is just a 5 -minute walk away. I have my own parking space ,but there is also free parking available around the buildings for up to 2 hours, and its free on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management responds straight away or on the same day .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A good tip I'd recommend this place is that it's a safe place with 24/7 CCTV cameras !

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The quality of shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces are excellent. The transport links are great, It would be more convenient and safer, if there is a bus stop in front of Well House. Parking for visitors is a problem, the handful of parking at the rear of the building is not always available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management response to problems has been swift and reasonable. Maintenance man Stuart stands out particularly, I have found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional maintenance person. Thank you Stuart .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It was lovely to discover the community full of Well House, although I have been able to take full advantage of it because I am a shift worker, but I definitely plan to participate in community activities in future.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think one thing that always stands out for me is the Staff at the front desk! Just the way they humanise the interaction with residents like myself, Chantel Anderson have been helpful with figuring our stuff around here. One bad lately is been the changes or delay in bin collection and also some residents smoking within the property. The front door is also often broken, threatening the security of the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, Flooring and bathroom maintenance in the past few months! Its been a great turn around time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The fobs needing to be reset every few weeks/months, paying £25 to replace fob,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

An extremely good aspect is that this place is very close to the train station, and all local stores and the market are in 5 min walking distance. A little traffic noise is not a big problem for me. The biggest advantage is that my wife and I rent this place for an affordable price and thanks to that many of our friends also live here or just nearby. We really love this place, no flattering.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond timely and always mange to solve the issues we raise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

For some people it is crucial to have air conditioner, especially in hot weather. As far as I know it is not provided here but for me it is really not a problem.

Quickly and effectively, especially Chantel and the front desk team.
