Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are no bad aspects. All transport is under 5 minutes walk, the super markets & the park are all so convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly through the app which is what I’d expect from a building of this calibre. The important part is that the service is high quality. This is what makes living here important. Other places respond quickly but the work completed is not thorough.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All good. Every time I raise a ticket the response it urgent. Paul came on a Saturday and did an outstanding job and completed multiple things, even when he was only tasked with doing one. He went above and beyond what was asked and stayed late to get the jobs finished rather than pushing them back till Monday. Jose has also visited my apartment multiple times and hung my tv and helped me with furniture to make my apartment homely. Both of them have excellent attitudes and I’m grateful to have them help me.

Simple Life London at Elements, EN3

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Rented this property for 18 months now and property management are not carrying out repairs or communicating. Health & safety - The rear door was reported over a month ago but was only fixed yesterday. Tenants safety was compromised. Water- There is no water in the building since Thursday and it is now Saturday. Unable to get through to simple life by phone. There are vulnerable Tenants in this building. No letter is communication from simple life. Simple life only communicates with you when matters concerns rent - the usual business first approach. We're having to contact the Housing Ombudsman due to breach if human rights.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unable to get through. All voice-mail and they don't reply.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Communication is key and simple life do not communicate with tenants.
