Nice building and convenient location for Imperial/NHS staff

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a very convenient location for me as it's very close to my work place. However as the area is still developing there's not much around. Especially in terms of groceries, nothing is close so I get online deliveries to my place. On the bright side there is a bus stop right outside the building, so you can easily get public transports.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I first moved in I didn't have hot water but the maintenance team responded quickly and fixed everything within a day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Big cemetery outside... if you're a very spiritual person you might not get used to it. However, a nicer way to see it is that you'll have a very quiet neighbourhood. Personally I got used to the graves very quickly and I like the view on the London skyline.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great access to Elizabeth line, Heathrow, m4 and m25, everything I need is within walking distance or a 5 minute drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have checked the electrics when things kept tripping, they also visited when dishwasher was leaking, both times they did nothing to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, everything was well explained to me at the viewings.

Friendly community in a convenient neighbougood

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is quite convenient and in a safe neighbourhood in general despite in the east side of the city. Perk is many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, including Asian supermarkets, as well as cinema.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Facilities are managed properly and timely by the team on-site. There were occasional issues with the central energy system but the team always prioritise and act promptly. If there is any small issues with the apartment, e.g. water leakage, etc. the on-site engineer team take care of it quickly leave your mind at peace.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community host and team were very friendly which helps you to take care of anything you need, from parcel delivery to apartment maintenance. Small downside is that the AC for heating was not very effective during winter (also central standing charge will be on utility bill). This is a hardware issue I think of the equipment and instalment of the system of the building (other instalments in the apartment, e.g. HVAC were good).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Incredible location and amenities, right by the Power Station and the Northern line. Parking is very limited however.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they fixed an issue I had with the light incredibly quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The hot tub is often not that hot and the co-working can get busy. However the other areas are usually pretty empty.
