The flat is warm, modern, full of accessories and has a big balcony.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Greenwich is a fantastic place to live with a great mix of green space, riverside views, history and strong transport links. Greenwich Park, the river walks, local cafés and independent restaurants are real highlights, and the area has a friendly community feel. The main downsides are the rising costs and petty crimes, but overall it remains one of the best areas to live in London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The on-site team and maintenance service have always been wonderful and quick to assist with any issues, making living here hassle-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

All great, I really couldn’t have asked for a better place

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Generally convenient area. It’s very close to a large Tesco and within walking distance of a tube station, which makes it well connected across London. The downside is that there isn’t a huge amount to do immediately nearby in terms of cafés, restaurants or entertainment. Even so, for day-to-day living and transport links, the location works very well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall, the building management has been reasonably responsive, but there is still room for improvement. For day-to-day issues they do reply and try to resolve things, though sometimes it can feel a bit slow or like you have to chase for updates on certain repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

On the positive side, I didn’t fully appreciate before moving in how generous the storage is in the flat.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, easy access into central London. Bond Street in 20 minutes Vast options for takeaways, local airport High street handy, big Asda, big Tesco and Costco a plus

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brilliantly, I can not stop singing praises about Kiran and Inga

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That I should have told my friends to move here before they had signed their contract elsewhere

It feels home away from home in Lampton

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The site is very proximal to key establishments like groceries, police station, hospital and to a beautiful park, where I enjoyed having quiet walks. The accessibility to public transport is one of the key reasons I chose Lampton.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Though at times it takes longer to address an issue, they are always committed to solving all concerns raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Security of the access areas. There have been issues about access doors being accessed by non-occupier, but I think the management is already looking for resolutions to address the matter and improve the overall security of the property and its occupiers.

What is the best feature of your home:

My balcony facing the sunrise and the proximity to Lampton Park.
