Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It was great living at Beton, the building is located in the middle of Wembley Park next to stadium and the London designer out let.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, all the queries were looked into and always resolved in timely manner. Very polite and always smiling from desk team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is lovely parks and play areas. All the restaurants are really different and not expensive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The convenience of living right next to Lewisham station is unmatched. I thought I’d be too far away from Central but it takes about 15 minutes to get to London Bridge which is amazing. The Tesco beside our building is perfect because it has everything you could need. I think we need more local bars and restaurants but I’ve enjoyed what we have so far and we’re not too far from Deptford and Greenwich where there’s a ton to do.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been incredible. Super responsive and helpful. I want to reiterate that Junior is a great member of the team. Very helpful, professional and kind.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew there was no air conditioning. I am used to being a bit cooler in my space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area in general. Tons of shops and restaurants. Right on the river. Not really any parking, as expected but safe and clean. Lots of building and traffic noise as usual.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance is good. Any other questions are very frustrating. Staff have been extremely rude on occasion. Rarely reply to emails and when they do they are incorrect on things like finance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Probably wouldn’t recommend. Nice to have a pool but way over priced for the service.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent management and very good facilities and location for renters who find it difficult to find rental properties in the private sector. The staff are wonderful, especially Daniel. The only downside is the incredibly high rental prices for both the flats and parking spaces. However, everything is excellent other than this.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded adequately and promptly, no complaints.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartment furnishings are on the cheaper side - my flooring is already in need of replacement after only three years' of use.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love Lewisham and living here. It’s full of character and has incredible transport links. Big Tesco next door as well! I love the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Junior really does his best and is amazing but there are too many problems even he couldn’t sort out. Often it’s the design of the building. Building management don’t seem to care about anything else

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew all the small faults I mentioned before and the lack of care from management.
