A guide to living in Greater London

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love that there’s a grocery store just downstairs, a gym right opposite, coffee shops , hair saloons and that the high street is just 5 minutes walk away from me. I don’t really care about bars and I don’t like to eat out but I have been able to order almost anything I like on uber with delivery less than 20 minutes so that’s awesome. The Elizabeth line train is just 6 minutes walk which I love . Really a huge plus to living here . It’s quiet and clean on the street. I love it. The apartment provides parking which requires you pay for it separately.. I wish that wasn’t so.. there’s no traffic noise… asides the sound of the train passing which I only hear when my window is open… so that’s good. I do wish there was a way to dispose the bin without having to walk downstairs lol.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues I’ve raised have been addressed especially with the new management. It’s great that there is an App which you can put in a request on and the management will immediately dispatch someone to handle it. Whether it is a service person or they themselves. Your issue gets sorted and there’s usually an immediate response letting you know it’s being handled . I have no issues with management at all. Also I’m pretty easy going I hardly have a reason to contact management so I’m good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building’s insulation is good because you don’t hear the noise from the trains and it retains heat but I am still super cold during winter. I don’t particularly like how the heating works… I get cold eaisly tho so I wouldn’t know if it’s a me problem but I advise buying a portable heater if you run cold like me… Neigbours are private and mind their business. If that’s you then you will love living here… the storage isn’t great so if you’re have a lot of stuff go for at least a 2 bedroom…

I really enjoy living in this area. It is a nice and convenient place to live, with shops, restaurants and public transport nearby. I like the atmosphere and feel comfortable here. Overall, I am very happy with the location and would recommend this area to others.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any major problems or issues so far. My experience living here has been positive, and I am generally happy with the building and its management.

I wish I had known how comfortable I would feel living here. My experience has been positive, and I would recommend that new residents take some time to explore the building and the local area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is a nice and convenient place to live. It has good transport connections, making it easy to get around London. There are shops and other useful facilities nearby. The neighbourhood is generally pleasant, and I enjoy living here. Overall, it’s a comfortable location for everyday life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t experienced any major issues so far. The building appears to be well managed, and I am satisfied with the overall maintenance and organisation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how comfortable and convenient living here would be. The building is modern, the environment is pleasant, and overall my experience has been very positive. I would recommend it to anyone considering moving here.

Kings cross is just fabulous, there is so much to do and Granary square is always full of surprises and events. Very family friendly. It's clean and feels very safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

very well, issues are fixed almost the same day. Ernest the repair guy is always to the rescue.

How to use underfloor heating properly, takes a while to get used to it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

great for groceries, pubs and restaurants. Transport is great and it's also nice to be able to walk to the city.

They always respond immediately and they resolve it immediately
