Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great, and grocery shops are always just around the corner. Surroundings are safe and have a homey sensation,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems I have raised, they have had an answer within the first hour, which makes it feel like management is always on top of things.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More information on amenities, including the washing machine.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is close to Morrison and Lidle, which is convenient for grocery shopping. A nearby transportation station (Canning Town tube station). Nice location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problem and issues. All team members support high-quality services.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The soundproofing issue can be considered carefully. It will be noisy to stay near the main street and transportation hub if you open all the windows of the apartment all day.

Overall Modern & Convenient

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, plus nearby green spaces for walking and relaxation. Transport links are excellent via the Underground, though peak-time traffic can be busy. The neighbourhood is generally safe, clean and well maintained

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is generally responsive and professional, but communication around utility bills remains unclear and sometimes confusing. I also feel that pets should be strictly prohibited from being unleashed in communal areas for the comfort and safety of all residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how busy the development and surrounding area can feel at peak times, particularly with traffic and shared facilities. It would also have been useful to have more information beforehand about parking availability and the occasional level of city noise. Overall, however, the development is well connected and convenient, and these are relatively minor considerations.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s amazing to live in Quintain living, there are lot of amenities inside the building and around Wembley park as well it’s very busy and safe. The only downside is recently increased violent crimes in area which needs some strong police attention.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Resident team is very responsive , there is 24hr concierge which is always very helpful for any query.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing as such, everything has been pleasant surprise only.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Although the area is not very central, it is developing with new businesses, both recreational and shops. Already you can take care of a lot of things within walking distance, and the surrondings are relatively safe; soon it will be possible to live a full life in the area (Restaurant density could improve, as well as cultural spots). Neighbouring families and people are friendly in general. At the same time, it is super practical to get to Central and West London given the proximity of the underground and bus stops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually promptly. Haven't had bad experiences personally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I believe everything was disclosed or self-evident.
