A Modern Safe Development with Good Facilities and Room for Improvement

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is generally pleasant and continues to improve day by day, with new facilities and services being added regularly. There is a good range of local shops and essential services, all of acceptable quality and within easy reach. Public transport links are very convenient, with good access to buses and nearby stations, making daily commuting straightforward. The street itself is mostly quiet, bin collections are regular, and there are no significant issues with anti-social behaviour. The only minor inconvenience at present is some noise from nearby construction work, which is temporary and expected to finish as developments are completed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been responsive and professional, acknowledging reported issues and taking action to resolve them, although some matters have taken longer than expected to be fully addressed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that some facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym classes, may be closed or cancelled at short notice, which is not always clear during a viewing. I would also advise new neighbours to be aware that occasional smells from the rubbish chute can occur and to report them early, as well as to keep an eye on building updates and notices from management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I rated 4 stars because the building is right in front of the Victoria tube and the train to Liverpool street. So to get to work and to the city it’s quickly and it’s very convenient! However around the area there isn’t much to do.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, always . No issue has not been attended to. Happy overall

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I made sure I was aware of everything, nothing I didn’t qualify before moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great range of local small shops and big stores, vast array of restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally fast responses on maintenance issues, most issues solved quickly, however small issue with "blackout blinds" in bedroom never fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Many changes in management team in the 3 years I've been living here, meaning not much continuity. Also, front square can be busy and noisy in summer months due to kids playing and people gathering there, often not responding to residents' complaints to keep noise down (only an issue when I lived in block B)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to transport links - bus stops that go into central from right outside the building and overground station making it so easy to get into the city! Love the feel of the area, not quite as busy as central but still lots going on in the neighborhood, loads of nice shops/ restaurants/ cafes in Greenwich and bars/ markets in Deptford. River is so close so easy to go for a nice long walk, or in Greenwich Park, making it easy to get out in nature

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance issues we’ve had were sorted within a couple days at most, and the maintenance team is always very friendly and professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community of neighbours is honestly really lovely and it’s so worth putting yourself out there to meet them!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy access to shops and restaurants. 390 Bus is less than a block away. More road works are done than initially anticipated.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Ernest is always friendly and quick to assist when things arise. Anthony, Cosmin, Sergey, Afrah, and Edson are all very attentive and supportive, while providing tenants with excellent customer service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More road works occur than initially perceived, which sometimes causes bus not to stop near the building.
