Building is beautiful, the common spaces keeps getting updated and decorated and there are a lot of freebies given out to us when working from home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
no issues occured yet. a few washing machines break but we have a lot so it does not affect us
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
that washing machines are in the basement and you need your own chemicals

The area offers a fantastic range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, catering to various tastes and needs. Open spaces are plentiful, providing great options for outdoor activities and relaxation. Transport links are excellent, with convenient access to buses and trains, making it easy to get around the city. Living on the street feels peaceful and safe, with normal traffic noise typical of a vibrant city. Parking is manageable, bin collections are reliable, and there’s a general sense of community. A great place to live!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and efficient, promptly addressing any issues raised and ensuring solutions are implemented quickly. Communication is clear, and they show genuine care for residents’ needs, making living here stress-free and enjoyable.

Nothing specific to say, I found what I was looking for.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I chose Alma for multiple reasons, one is the location. Commuting is easy with two tube stations (4 lines) nearby and bus stops as well. Within 10 minutes walking you can get to Spitalfield and Brick Lane, for a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Groceries and bars abundant in the area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The respond professionally and promptly to any concerns.

I cannot think of anything at the moment. I would say the cable service

Well connected, green spaces nearby, plenty of good restaurants, and the neighborhood is quieter than other parts of London.

Area is great as its so close to the water but also so well connected. I wish we had more restaurant in our doorstep but clapham is only a 10 minutes walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
A few issues with the extractor fan in my studio but its been looked after.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Laundry is not included. I also didnt know that the scheduled events would be so good and I was surprised at the quality of the organised gatherings.
