Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very convenient with a good range of local shops and essentials nearby, including Lidl, Morrisons, and a post office within easy reach. There are also some decent restaurants and cafés in the surrounding area, and it’s easy to find open spaces (docklands) a short distance away for a walk or fresh air.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been very responsive and efficient in dealing with any issues we’ve raised. Everything from appliance-related problems to general wear and tear has been addressed promptly. Paul and Angela in particular have been great at following up quickly and ensuring concerns are properly resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing to be aware of is that the on-site gym is slightly under-equipped, although it’s not a major issue since there’s a The Gym Group right next door. Also, access to the upper floors is strictly controlled via key fob. It’s great from a security point of view, but it can sometimes be a bit of a hassle when letting delivery drivers or guests in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the station, making it very convenient for commuting. It’s perfect for quick access to Heathrow in one direction and Paddington in the other. There are good local amenities nearby, including shops and restaurants, and overall the area feels well-connected and practical for daily living.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issue was dealt with straight away kudos to the maintenance team for their quick and efficient response. Emeric was very patient and took the time to show me how everything in my flat works, making sure I understood all the features and how to use them properly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise there were vending machines and a Tulu machine available, which is really convenient—especially when the shops are closed. It’s also helpful to have access to printing facilities. These are small details but they make day-to-day living much easier and more convenient for residents

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ten Degrees is brilliantly located in Croydon, with easy access to excellent transport links, a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and green spaces. East Croydon station is just a short walk away, making commuting into central London a breeze. The local area has everything you need on your doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised have been responded to swiftly and efficiently. The team, particularly Tim, Chantel, Daniel, and Funto, always follow up to ensure problems are fully resolved and residents are satisfied. Communication is excellent throughout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known sooner just how wonderful the onsite team is — it would have made my decision to move here even easier! Tim, Chantel, Daniel, and Funto genuinely make Ten Degrees feel like home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is great! A lot of choices for groceries with multiple supermarkets and Ridley Road market. The area is very diverse and has loads of bars and cafes to choose from. Connection wise is also good with 3 overground lines within 10min walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The people working in the building are very friendly and will help with anything. I haven’t had any issues raised with management yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wished I had know is the ability to change the heater provider. It was not clear from the beginning.
