The restaurants and groceries nearby has been abundant and the transportation is great as well. There are very few anti-social behaviour and parking availability nearby but there are always parking underground nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If there is anything that needs to be fixed or repaired, it gets done really fast and the response time is very fast too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The process to moving in is very long and takes a while to get response back from the agents without any communication from their side but after that it is very smooth sailing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is good and the building is new. Canary Wharf is clean and safe most of the times. But it is far away from everything else.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They normally respond to issues raised but with so much corporate bullshit. Always say it is being reported and no real actions taken in short period of time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that there would be so many students living in this building - with lots of spoiled teenager behaviour.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very close to the station, super convenient location, literally walking distance to everything. Since I’ve been here I barely drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Friendly, swiftly and great customer service. portal is easy to use aswell

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the showers are only overhead not hand held. I didn’t look properly I just fell in love with the flat when viewing it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wandsworth Town is a convenient and increasingly lively area, with a good mix of shops, cafés, restaurants, bars and green spaces. New Acres itself has several independent businesses, including cafés, restaurants, a Waitrose and other useful services, while Southside Shopping Centre and Wandsworth High Street provide a wider range of shops and everyday amenities. There are also parks and riverside areas nearby, which are good for walking and relaxing. Transport links are one of the main advantages, with Wandsworth Town railway station very close by and regular trains towards Clapham Junction and Waterloo. There are also several bus routes connecting the area with Battersea, Putney, Clapham and other parts of London. The main downside is that there is no Underground station immediately nearby, so journeys requiring the Tube can sometimes be less convenient. The area around New Acres is generally modern and residential. Downside is the nearby waste and recycling facility, which can occasionally result in concerns around noise or odours. Overall, the area is well connected and has a good range of amenities, with ongoing improvements planned for Wandsworth Town Centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been responsive and professional when dealing with issues. Kamil and Francisco are approachable, listen to concerns and make a genuine effort to resolve problems quickly and keep residents updated throughout.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how much the community and communal spaces add to the overall experience. The development has a friendly atmosphere, and there are plenty of opportunities to meet neighbours and make use of the facilities. My advice would be to get involved early, explore the communal areas and don’t hesitate to speak to the building management team if you need anything—they are very approachable and helpful. One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the proximity of the recycling centre. Apart from this, the development itself is a great place to live, with great facilities, a friendly community and a very convenient location.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Clean, safe, and well maintained. There's a great range of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, from everyday essentials to smarter dining options, all within easy walking distance. Open spaces along the waterside are well kept and pleasant for walking or relaxing after work. Transport links are excellent, with the DLR, Jubilee line and bus routes all close by, making commuting quick and reliable. On the street itself, parking is limited (as expected in this part of London) but manageable, bin collections are consistent, and there's very little anti-social behaviour or noise — it feels quiet and secure, even being so central.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and helpful whenever I've raised issues. The concierge team, especially Sadrul and Abdul, are the best ever, always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything needed.

I wish I'd known just how good the concierge service is here Sadrul and Abdul in particular go above and beyond, which makes day-to-day living so much easier.
