Memorable 2 years living with Quintain.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The overall experience living at Quintain building especially Repton Gardens have been a positive experience. The location has been perfect and convenient. Extremely convenient in terms of proximity to local shops, LDO, public transport, Brent library, Wembley leisure centre and also the Wembley Park Medical center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Mostly my issues were addressed in time. Barring a couple of issues which were not addressed at all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This feedback I have shared previously, but there should be more spaces for community events. And new people should definitely be given priority. I could never book any event even if I tried booking the same second it went live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a wonderful area to live in, full of great restaurants, places to eat and other amenities. It’s a mix of old and new - Victorian industry and the 21st century city - and it makes for an exciting mix. Transport connections are a little distant for central London, but the other positives of the area more than make up for it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always. The one bugbear was WiFi. Turning it on and back on again never worked. It’s not powerful enough for the full flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Enjoy it! You will miss it when you leave. We only left a day ago and want to come back.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Many shops and placees to eat, friendly and safe neighborhood. Accessible supermarket. Far from tube and transportation is a bit annoying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the management is very quick to respond to any concerns and problems we faced as tenants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing in specific the overall distance of the building from the tube station is far but that's an obvious concern we overlooked considering the buildings's amenities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wembley Park is a really nice neighborhood to live in. Nice shops, nice bars and everything is max 10 minutes walk. Don't come to live here if you don't like noisy and crowded places especially during summer and Wembley Stadium events.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

You can raise a query in the app 24/7 and it is answered quite rapidly in the morning. So far, I had a few with dishwasher and washing machine, and everything was handled in 48 hours or less

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew Wembley Park before moving in so no real surprise

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s quite conveniently located next to the Thameslink station bridging the distance from central London to zone 3 in about 15 mins. Lots of shops, massive shopping centre, padel spots etc. Location is relatively quite safe with minor disturbances occasionally that are also handled by the on site security.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely prompt, professional and sweet people who offer assistance at any given point.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Constant Disruptions on Thameslink Ongoing Construction
