X1 The Campus is a great place to live. It is very sleak, modern & minimalist. For me, its perfect. The rooms are quaint and have everything you need including toilet, kitchen and bedroom basically in one room but its done well (obviously the toilet is seperate). There is a communal room which has pool and ping pong tables but rarely any cues or paddles so I resorted to buying my own and now play a lot. There is always a security guard at nights too and they're sound guys. Loving it- extended my tenancy the other month :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is perfect if you go to Salford University. It is literally a 5 minute walk there. Manchester is only around 30-40 minute walk as well. The shopping area is about 5/10 mins away and has tesco, aldi, lidl and loads of other smaller ones - definitely everything you need. Theres not tons in the way of things happening other than on the campus of the University, but can basically hop on any bus going towards Manchester and find something.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah all good with that everything I have requested gets sorted within a week (not had anything urgent yet).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Get yourself a pool cue or ping pong paddle & balls to really make use of the space. Other than that I was buzzing when I moved in.
