The area is ok and close to Wigton town centre which is of benefit to my 89 year old father who has just pitched a property

Again but moved in yet. Damp in the property clearly an issue

Yet to move in their unknown at this time but early signs are not good

Gas system you barely whit one click of the dispay can adjust the temperature

location very good, shops and transport,both bus and trains near to development.

be quite firm with sales rep,about what you need.

What is the best feature of your home:

not badly designed quite well insulated and good location.

Wigton has everything you could need on your doorstep and is only a short stroll from the development. For anything larger, there is Carlisle, a mere 15 minutes by car or with accessible bus and train links, too.

Record how the services work. Normally shown on the day you get the keys but, probably, not in the right mindset to hear how things work!

What is the best feature of your home:

The downstairs is open plan, light and airy. Upstairs, the use of a pocket door for the en-suite bathroom is a great feature and a good use of space. There's also a well proportioned garden.

Close to town so able to go to the shops easily but far enough to not hear the traffic noise. Close to the train station which is handy

Size of the bedrooms as the smallest is not a box type too
