Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I am very happy with the house, size and value for money for the property This has come at a cost which is down to the area as the village is a bit problematic
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, these were itemised and sent to the aftercare team. We had a meeting to review the issues and everything got sorted
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The village In hindsight we regret not doing enough research of the area before viewing the show home

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a train station, a bus stop and shops such as a small Asda and home bargains all within a short walking distance away. Doncaster, Rotherham and Barnsley are all within a 25 minute drive away, although none are particularly close if you’re wanting to nip for something quickly. Buses stop running after 6pm in the area due to recent vandalism of the buses by youths after this time. Anti-social behaviour is a frequent problem on the estate, with police performing regular checks, as Keepmoat have connected the end of the estate with the footpath that leads directly the council estate that runs parallel rather than making it private with walls/hedges/fencing. Kids are often circling the estate via this connection on their motorbikes/moped, revving their engines late at night and occasionally early hours in a morning. Roads are wide and don’t feel cramped, however, as with any new build site parking isn’t the best if you have more cars than spaces on your drive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had quite a lot of snags when I first moved in and 90% of these have been rectified.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing. I am very happy here overall and know that the neighbours around me are too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Parking can be tight on the streets and some nuisance teenagers coming round at night looking into people's property and causing damage. Local shops are decent and some nice parks to walk to. Generally a nice area that's ruined by kids from another part of Thurnscoe
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fixed issues we have brought up and been very helpful
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How close other houses would be and how narrow roads are

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Only one recently opened pub, no restaurants, a few takeaways but no many that are nice. There’s few good shops (home bargains/Asda) Idiots on motorbikes/quads causing havoc occasionally.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very slow but gets sorted in the end. But recurring problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we’d of known how many problems we’d have before buying.
