Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good with the Range of shops Also really good with dog walking tracks especially with the Granville. Bad aspects would be noisy cars plus we had a new born which wasn’t ideal

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Our location is very Good not too busy people using the streets but we do have kids with loud motorbikes going at midnight

What is the best feature of your home:

The design was really good and also we had the furniture all in as well so that’s really helped up, the storage under the stairs and upstairs are great sizes. The garden size is superb and we aren’t over looked which is perfect.

There isn't any range on the development so not great. The access to the local country park is over grown and anti social behaviour is now creeping in due to the underpass being opened creating a thoroughfare

Wish I had employed a professional snagger as still finding poor workman quality, and annoying niggles

What is the best feature of your home:

Decent size garden however soil is very poor and two lawns later it still dies. nice space around each property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Outskirts of Telford, which is well connected with trains and buses. Local supermarket less than 1/2 mile away, which is walking distance. Lots of green open space, including Country Park, which is connected by a walk way. Golf club behind, approx 1 mile away walking. Despite being near a main road, there is limited traffic noise due to the trees absorbing it. Perfectly in keeping with the name; Wild Walk.

That the after care takes so long to get things sorted and it’s hard to book time in, when you’re working full time.

What is the best feature of your home:

Despite the lack of windows, it is very light and spacious. The family room at the back, with the skylights is where we spend most of our time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful area of Telford. 10 minutes to the Telford centre, with wide selection of shops, clothing, home ware, sports shops. Excellent selection of good restaurants and cafes in the centre. Small retail parks with everything you would want. Outside of the centre only 10 minutes to Newport with good range of good priced pubs and cafes, good range of independent shops and more well known named shops . Wellington 15 minutes drive with excellent old fashioned indoor market with excellent range of food suppliers and everyday items. Free parking in Wellington and good leisure centre. Wild walk has many beautiful walks accessible from the doorstep, straight into the countryside. The M54 is 7 minutes drive with excellent links to A5 and M6 motorway. Around the development are mostly well kept houses and gardens, with friendly people. Bin collection is excellent and an excellent recycling centre about 7 minutes drive who also take charity donations for less fortunate local people. I'm so glad I made the move to Wild Walk.

Don't look at the sparkly show homes with all their pretty accessories, look at the space and layout and how it would work for you!

The layout and good use of space. The size of the back garden.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

On residential streets, parking is typically manageable, though some areas near town centres or schools may experience congestion. Bin collections are reliable, and the council has introduced a 24-hour noise complaint service to tackle disturbances like barking dogs or loud music.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only the best for me. I live in a very beautiful and quiet area, on Wild Walk at the entrance to the site. The waste bins are well managed by the locals, and the neighbours are peaceful and considerate. The house is spacious and fully functional. Behind the house, there’s a large garden with a view of the forest, where birds and squirrels often visit—we sometimes feed them. There are paths nearby where you can go for walks or hikes through the woods behind the house.

Sollar panel are the best thing for saving money.
