There’s many good aspects to living in wild walk , it is within minutes of many local shops ,restaurants and other services with lots of transport links. Plenty of parking on the estate and very quiet throughout the day.

I don’t think there is anything that comes to mind for something I should’ve known

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the patio doors to the rear which open to the garden

The area is peaceful, quiet, and offers a pleasant living environment, ideal for those seeking a tranquil lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle. Surrounded by nature and well-maintained surroundings, it provides a sense of calm and comfort. However, one major drawback is the complete lack of public transportation options. Had I known about the poor customer service and lack of after-sales support, I would not have chosen this developer. The disappointing experience has highlighted their lack of responsibility and care for buyers, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.

What is the best feature of your home:

The area features spacious gardens and low building density, offering an open and airy atmosphere. Homes are well-spaced, allowing for greater privacy and a peaceful environment. The abundance of greenery and lack of overcrowding make it an ideal place for relaxation and enjoying outdoor space.

The development is a quiet area. Houses are nicely distanced away from one another. Plenty of parking available

Very quiet street. All neighbours extremely friendly and helpful

The large kitchen leading into a large south facing garden

Can not find a fault with the style of house love it . My only concern is the transport availability hopefully it will improve . Bin collection is great . Parking should not be a problem the drives are big enough for two cars so hopefully no problem in future.

Transport more then one bus service to town not that it has put me off buying .y house but l do hope it improves in the near future.

The size of the rooms also gardens, driveway and garage.

Transport links need improving l do not drive so l rely public transport .it's not a deal breaker .nice places to walk

Just go with lovell can not go wrong ? I like the fact you have space in between the house not on top of the neighbours not over looking also parking at side of house plenty for two or three cars which a lot of families have these days.

What is the best feature of your home:

It's hard to chose the quality is amazing compared to other developers .
