Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I think in time Whitle Chase and the surrounding area will become very popular in years to come. Theres a direct train line to Manchester from newton-le-willows station or Earlstown, 10 min drive to the M6 Motorway, Warrington is around the corner along with St helens in the oppersite direct. Persoanlly i havent really been into Newton-le-willows itself but from the pictures ive seen it looks ok. Theres also 2 bus stops just around the corner from the estate which are handy if you prefer to use public transport. Theres not uch space for parking but then theres plenty on drives if you plan to move here or have guests round. However alot of people park in the road which isnt helpful. Bin collections are every two weeks, recycle is every week, Green waste is every two weeks. Touch wood no anti-social behaviour yet however, Nice looking houses and estates attract jealous people who may want to cause a problem. but the neighbourhood have a whatsapp group to make sure everything is safe etc. No traffic noise but the main road runs from St helens into Newton-Le-Willows so if any police, ambulance or fireservie need to get somewhere then they tend to tuse that road and you can sometimes hear sirens 2-3 times a day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
an option to not be aprt of the property maintance scheme. at the moment i feel stuck in it and i dont like it.
What is the best feature of your home:
The garden is massive. They said and i quote " if we could of built a house on here we would of".
