I wish there was a smoking area that was directly away from the apartments - few residents smoking cannabis on site. Wifi has been poor during my tenancy. Michael as always is fantastic!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Wifi troubles were responded to great by Alejandro.

Everything is great - when something changes the communication is immediate and transparent

Not any bars/restaurants except one pub but transport links are right outside. Retail park nearby. Park behind the accommodation. Parking can be busy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance issues raised have been responded to within 24 hours

Parking spaces are available on the estate across the road so no need to worry about paying for a space.

Absolutely amazing perfect location lots of shops and takeaways and parks and transport there is even parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues at all they are fixed very quick and i feel heard

How amazing it was and easy to get to from anywhere in manchester

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's fantastic that there's bus stops on both sides of the building both going to and from the city centre in about 15 minutes. The building is also about 2 minutes away from Trafford Bar tram station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue with a broken light switch that was resolved very quick, more than happy with this. The maintaince team (I think they're brothers) are really nice people, they always do a good job.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The 3rd lift that is "out of order" has been like that for years. It doesn't seem like it'll ever be repaired. This is not the fault of the amazing staff, but the company that manages the building I'd assume. I'd like to give a lot of praise to Michael, he's always in a good mood and more than willing to help all residents.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are some shops nearby such as off-licenses and a retail park around a 15 minute walk away. There’s no bars/restaurants nearby but a few takeaways. Transport links are amazing with bus stops and a tram stop extremely close by. There is also a park across the road. Parking can sometimes be difficult if you want to be right outside the property but never further than a 5 minute walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have not raised any issues but the system for reporting any maintenance issues is very easy and efficient.

The flat can get very warm even when it is cold outside.
