We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

A real oasis, this development is set inside King George’s Park with the river wandle running adjacent. On the doorstep of central London, yet it’s so quiet and green you wouldn’t know you’re in London. Beautifully designed, all flats have a terrace or balcony which are much larger than average in London. Real community feel where everyone gets on and helps each other out. Buying in this development as a first time buyer was the best decision we ever made!

Perfect London living! A well designed block which is only 4 stories, so doesn’t feel like a ‘high rise’. The flats themselves are a high quality, sound proofing is good and all have great sizes balconys. Ground rent and service fees aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for and we have well maintained communal areas with a fantastic concierge service who go above and beyond. The location is one of the biggest selling points, being near to transportation yet feeling very remote, green and village like. Great community in the block itself as well as surrounding areas. Sits inside the lovely King George’s Park, as well as being a short walk from Wimbledon Park or Wandsworth common. Short walk to Southside shopping centre for supermarkets, cinema and shops. Also lots of lovely local restaurants nearby.

We have a car and I think without one living here would be a pain, whilst there are transport links nearby they arent too close for hopping off a bus with your shopping. The development is great though, beautiful flats and easy living.
