Location is a great selling point for this development. Close to main shops and roads and the local shop is a 10-15 min walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very minimal contact lately, all good at the start. Now i have to constantly chase. Why snags can’t be resolved in blocks rather than random times over months I don’t know, this can’t be very cost effective.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad the customer after care would be. Would seriously consider moving but be prepared to have delays, frustrations and bad workmanship.
