From the outside of the property the design looks good, some elements inside could be designed better to utilise the space more. Radiators could be placed better. Snagging is taking a long time to resolve and most snags could have been avoided if more care at building stage had been taken. The roads and wooded are is maintained to a high standard.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is a great selling point for this development. Close to main shops and roads and the local shop is a 10-15 min walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very minimal contact lately, all good at the start. Now i have to constantly chase. Why snags can’t be resolved in blocks rather than random times over months I don’t know, this can’t be very cost effective.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad the customer after care would be. Would seriously consider moving but be prepared to have delays, frustrations and bad workmanship.
