Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have really enjoyed living in this area. There is an excellent range of local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés, all within easy reach, making day-to-day life very convenient. The area also offers several well-maintained parks and open spaces, which are great for walking, exercising, and relaxing. Transport links are very good, with convenient access to buses, train stations, and major road networks, making commuting and travelling straightforward. The street itself is quiet, friendly, and well-kept. Parking has generally been readily available, bin collections are reliable, and I have not experienced any significant issues with anti-social behaviour. Overall, it is a pleasant, safe, and convenient place to live, and I would happily recommend the area to others.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been responsive, professional, and helpful whenever I have raised any questions or concerns. Communication has been clear, and any issues have been addressed efficiently and in a timely manner. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the level of service and support provided throughout my tenancy.

Overall, the development and surrounding neighbourhood exceeded my expectations, and I have thoroughly enjoyed living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great convenience with the train station a very short walk away, a town centre location with every amenity you need on your doorstep. Parking was quite easy too with season tickets available in the multi-storey train station car park next door to the Weavers Yard apartments. Bin collection couldn’t be easier with an entire room for this in the apartment block. Some noise on weekends with nightlife but nothing major given the location, barely a minor inconvenience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues resolved swiftly and professionally by the team.

Nothing really — no nasty surprises to mention at all.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We’ve lived here for three years and have been very happy with our experience. The development offers a great balance of convenience and peace and quiet. The train station is just a short walk away, making travel very easy, while the town centre, supermarkets, leisure centre, library and bus station are all within walking distance. One thing that has impressed us throughout our stay is how peaceful the community is. Despite being so close to the railway station and main transport links, we rarely notice any noise from trains or traffic inside the property.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The communal areas are always well maintained, and the overall management of the development is excellent. A special thank you to the site team, Carmen and Lynda who are consistently friendly, approachable and helpful. Their hard work and attention to detail play a huge part in creating such a pleasant and welcoming place to live

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Being able to live here with our beloved pet has been a real bonus and has made the community feel even more like home.

Absolutely loved living here. Newbury is a great town and the development is seconds from the train station. Parking is good, as are waste collections. Friendly neighbourhood with very little trouble.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been acknowledged and rectified quickly.

Nothing that I can think of - viewing and all queries were addressed!

I have been living in the Newbury for 2 years, I. love it, it's quite and clear. Also not to mention the safety.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have to say the property management team are helpful, always response my query with details. I highly recommended

I have no idea, but Im sure that I will move to Newbury earlier if I had known it's such a good place to live.
