Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Weavers Yard is an absolutely perfect location situated in Newbury Town Centre with Newbury Station being less than a 2 min walk away, the main high street is less than 5 min walk away with plenty of Gastro Pubs, bars, fine dining all on the doorstep! For someone who doesn’t drive and work mainly in London this couldn’t be better with only a 40 min train into Paddington. There is the usual town noise which is never an issue especially when the windows are closed you'd never think you were this central.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management have been really on the ball, things always do arise but it’s handled professionally and in a very timely manner so couldn’t ask for more!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think it would be dont necessarily judge how it might be living here, this is not your typical private landlord there are so many aspects like the on site team, the facilities in the offices for meetings and socialising that you just don’t usually get and how it really does feel like a community, with so many apartments here there are lots of people but most people are really friendly and I don’t feel youd get that with a build like this.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Perfect location. We walk to the supermarket almost every day. Theres a bus stop right outside. The train station is on the other side which is perfect for after catching a late train home
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually respond same day and can get it fixed within 3-4 days depending on the issue
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I haven’t been surprised by anything. Everyone was informative before and during the move in process

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent location with access to the town centre, trains and a road network that sits at the crossroads of the south.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Response from the managers has always been swift and concerned to get things right. The sticking points come with their efforts to secure contractors which is much less in their control.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Admitting visitors to the building can only be done by personally going down to the door.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Weaver's Yard is in the heart of the thriving market town of Newbury, a stone's throw from the cinema, theatre, restaurants, pubs, bars and places of worship, close to the station and within an easy walk of the canal, parks, sports facilities and countryside.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they are very responsive and supportive when I have contacted them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
All vehicles need to be registered with reception, which I wasn't anticipating, and I don't think there are any visitors' parking spaces. However, there are multistorey carparks nearby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Availability of transport is excellent in the area, bus stops all over the local area, area is very close to the town centre which is creating more convenience for people who work in the town centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We have raised an issue as to what we can fix in the house and received a satisfactory response as to what can and cannot be added on done.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we had known that the walls are so thin and any kind of activity would be heard upstairs or downstairs.
