Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Its close to work and local shops so I dont need to rely on public transport or cabs to access everything I need to. Nice areas to walk nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven't had any issues whilst living in the development.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The gym is in a different building, so it is sometimes a bit awkward.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Walking distance to the city centre but far enough to not hear too much noise, traffic can get quite bad as the traffic lights towards Manchester aren’t very good and stay on for about 5 seconds
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve had a couple of problems and they’ve been responded to and dealt with quite promptly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that there was a Facebook page for the building as I only found out about 6 months into living here, which has helpful tips etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My building is 15 minutes walking distance from northern quarter and approximately 10 minutes walk from train station. You have variety of restaurants, gyms and all sorts of activities literally around the corner. Everyone can find something for themselves. The negative side is no parking for visitors and extremely expensive car park for residents which doesn’t even provide the roof to keep the car safe. Also I can’t paint my flat even though I live here for over 3 years because the paint is not available and the agency doesn’t want to help to provide the paint from their resources.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I was asked to download the app and send the request which in my opinion is the easiest way to deal with maintenance issues therefore I would recommend.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The parking slot price. I didn’t know it’s so expensive as I didn’t own the car at the time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I love the range of shops, cute cafes and restaurants in the area. Plenty of choices for coffee and meals out on the doorstep. Easy walk to get into town. Near tram, bus and train links. I wish there were more secure parking places.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick to respond on the app with issues. Maintenance come quick.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish there was free parking and/or secure spaces if you have a friend stay over.

The building itself is lovely and guests always comment on it as they walk in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location with bars, cafes and green spaces nearby. Walking distance of the train stations and town centre but close to the metro link and bus routes if you wish to use transport. There is also bikes you can rent on the same street as the apartment! The area itself is vibrant but not too close to places that make it become noisy. Parking availability could be better and schemes are coming into place where you need a permit to park in the area (even if you live here..). Bin collection always on time. Traffic noise isn’t too bad but my apartment is facing the opposite side of the main road, and it’s nice and quiet, only noise is kids playing outside (this is very rare other than summer holidays). The price for the area is decent, the amenities could be better but we do get use of the gym in the building 2 mins away and the common room is nice and spacious. Only downside is the WiFi just doesn’t work in there, so you need to hotspot which is a bit annoying, especially if working. I’ve loved living here and will deffo miss it when I move next year.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They typically resolve instantly. I recently made a complaint about a concierge staff member and they handled it quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I would’ve been on a higher floor as the views look great, our apartment faces other houses so privacy isn’t as much as I’d want, but never had issues with seeing people staring into our flat.
