Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of great buses and tramlines being built. Disruptive roadworks having huge negative impact. Shops are good and lots of varied restaurants . Parking adequate but site workers can cause issues with big vans. Bins in stores are collected but access to stores is sometimes tricky with faulty locks . No issues with antisocial behaviour.

I wish I had know how awful the temporary entrance road was going to be and how negative an impact it was going to be.

What is the best feature of your home:

My house has a big balcony. It is nicely open plan it has lovely kitchen units.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The community is good and the layout of homes well organised to create that community feel. The provision of local facilities isn't well thought out and to access basic amenities you have to leave the development. Provision for local stores and services to set up is lacking. Six months in there is one small coffee shop.

Lack of local services and lack of liklihood of any setting up within the first year of moving in

What is the best feature of your home:

The building is well laid out and cleanly designed, easy to adapt with plenty of light.

The bike store break in was a bit disappointing and the terrace door being faulty. Apart from this the customer service has been great. A few issues with flooring and plumbing have been taken up as and when brought up.

What is the best feature of your home:

Terrace and the communal garden. It makes up for the lack of view.

Ideal place for public transport, services, and a quiet community. Yes it’s expensive but it’s city living in its own wee community.

I wish I had taken time to know my house before feeling I needed a snagging list. It’s ok with cala not to know everything, they will support you.

What is the best feature of your home:

It’s light, bright and breezy. All floor plans have been very well thought out.

Fantastic, modern and spacious developments.

Great all around.. No unexpected surprises.. Received what was advertised.
