Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is a dump, area never cleaned by management team. Don't know what we pay for. Never experienced anything like this, below all expectations

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Countryside have been less than useless, absolutely pathetic. I'd advise any buyer to steer clear. Don't make the same mistake I did

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the neighbouring property was being sold to a housing association, we now have horrendous neighbours, unspeakable mess, cleaning wrappers off my drive way every day, fans left everywhere, garden like a jumble sale, kids climbing drain pipes, playing in the rain with hardly any clothes on, shoes or socks. Housing association don't care. Countryside ignore all correspondence, ruined my new home experience and taken no responsibility , stuck here because of the market, will not raise my child her much longer. Only accepted the area as we were promised our street was privately owned

There are many local amenities and the estate is friendly and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been resolved in an efficient manner and it is easy to report any issues.

There are a lot of dogs within the area so dog walking takes place frequently along the site.

Anti-social not great Street is quite

Yes they want to come out and see issues though they have had 4 people come out and see the same issue So bad we’ve sold our house

How poor management service and how quickly they want your money. Advice do not buy from these developers.
