The Bedfont high street is about 15mins walk, you got Tesco Express, Costa coffee and even a greggs to start your morning. Can be a bit noisy if you open your apartment windows 24/7 due to the airport truck movement, especially if you are facing the road on to Stanwell Road or South Great West Road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
the management can take about 5 to 10 days for non urgent issues And in emergency the send some one in 2 days. The management is very professional.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The truck movement causing noise 24/7 if you open your windows.

Very calm and quiet community. People are peaceful. Good hygiene maintained. In summer we can not open the windows due to highway road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very helpful. They resolve the query within 24 hour

I should have to more enquiry about parking. Management of the dust been is not good

There are shops nearby. I could just walk a few minutes to the post office,Tesco, etc There’s a bus stop right in-front of the building which makes commuting easy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. With immediate effect. Once an issue is replaced, there is a contact number provided so I follow the due peculiar and everything is resolved as soon as possible.

Shops and restaurants nearby are of average quality. Transport links are few but fair. The building is located in an industrial estate. Bin collections could be better. There has been times where bins were not collected for months on end.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have raised one issue regarding the dry wall cracking when we first moved in 2022 via the app and it is not resolved.

The location is somewhat secluded from the actual city. Because of this it takes a while to commute to anywhere in Central London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have helped by providing people to come fix the issues and provided replacement devices to use in the meantime while another in-room device was being fixed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how the bills system worked properly (i.e water, electricity, council tax, etc)
