Love it! Modern, very community friendly and focused. Always clean and the team (especially Domi) is lovely. Love the coffee machine, Studio and the lounge is amazing and use it regularly. The gym is awesome and well maintained by the team who looks after the building.

Good aspects- great transport links. Close shops and very pet friendly. Not really any bad complaints or anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was a leak and Shannon handled it quick and was sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We came Africa you guys could not scare us haha Everything was mentioned and fair. Wish we knew more of the events.

The development is good, again we always recommend friends to rent here and whenever we have people over they are amazed at the building. The building is for everyone and very accepting and versatile so anyone can stay here something for everyone at VOX

Good- We love it here we always recommend friends to rent here and whenever we have people over they are amazed at the building it exceeds and is very versatile and accommodates for everyone Bad- nothing

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues that we have raised yet only been here a month so need to check over how to raise anything

The development that is being built next to VOX B block, wasn't aware of this

Cool and well thought out building

Cool and well thought out building. It feels like the whole city is in the building and you never have to leave. We have a rooftop garden with running track which comes so handy in the good weather. Especially nice when they host events there although I am yet to attend one as my schedule is quite busy. They have a gym, studio (which actually can work as game room etc.) and lounge. Team is really friendly and one of the reason I decided on this building. Domi was very lovely to me and my family from the moment we met.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Co-op on ground floor comes handy as I do not need to go far for my shopping. There is on site parking which helps massively as I travel for my work everyday. Lots of bin spaces around area and building. It is really great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lock on flat door wasn’t working, locksmith was there in about an hour which I was very impressed with on a Saturday too! Amazing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing yet. Domi was so helpful and even sat with us to start the initial referencing/ securing the apartment processes. They even offered us drinks once we finished with the rest of our viewings around the area.

I wish there was oatmilk with coffee. Lovely building. Great teams and love the gym and the amenities I can use. I have not tried the studio for music practice yet but it is on my agenda. I have struggled locating parcels but it is a busy month. Love the chill in the lounge

It's all pretty good to be honest. The area is great but I do wish there was couple of cheaper vegan options around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have raised couple issues but it was fixed straight away. We got a new washing machine within 2 days of raising it.

Not really- Domi told us everything. She was very informative.

Amazing building. it's like The Trilogy on steroids. Coffee machine is great. Used the gym regularly and I love it. Love the lounge as I use before work every day regularly. I wish there was more events where I got to know tenants. Modern building for better price than in town.

Not any bad aspect to be fair. I wish the car park was a bit cheaper, but tram is so close by. Got loads of options for shopping so we are good.

Not yet raised any issues but I do know where to go to if anything happens
