I think the living area is good, it’s tidy and it has the tram stop near by which I think is very good. The scrap yard is the only down fall for noise here whenever my apartment is facing it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded to issues or queries in a effective manner which makes my living so much more easier.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wished I knew that the scrapyard was here as before I didn’t know about it.

Fantastic location with plenty of shops just a short walk away, making day to day errands incredibly convenient. The transport links are excellent, with reliable connectivity that makes commuting or getting around the city stress free.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
It’s been a bit challenging at times to get quick solutions when circumstances change on the lettings side, but overall my experience has been positive. The staff are attentive, supportive, and consistently responsive to any issues around the house. Their willingness to help truly makes a difference and enhances the overall quality of the living experience
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that some of the processes, like referencing or change of sharer requests can be a bit more complex and the IT systems occasionally inconsistent. It just helps to allow a little extra time for admin.

Living in the area has been really convenient. Having a Co‑op right downstairs is incredibly handy, and there’s also a Tesco within walking distance, which makes day to day shopping easy. Being so close to Trafford is also a big advantage, especially on match days when transport and crowds can get busy, the proximity makes everything much more manageable. Overall, the neighbourhood feels practical and well connected.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The front desk team is always really attentive and supportive, and it’s incredibly helpful having an in‑house maintenance team who can respond quickly whenever an issue comes up. Any problems I’ve raised have been dealt with efficiently and with good communication.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that the terrace area isn’t accessible 24 hours a day. I’m sure it was mentioned at some point, but during a group viewing it’s easy for details like that to get missed. It would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for planning how often I’d use the space.

Very convenient location with access to the tram network and walking distance from town. Having the co-op downstairs has been a life saver.

The staff are very attentive and provide regular updates on requests.

I wish I had known the gym was not open 24 hours .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Vox is situated right next to Cornbrook Station, so it's really easy to get anywhere! It's only a couple of minutes ride into the city centre, or about 20mins to Didsbury or Chorlton where there are loads of lovely local shops, cafes and restaurants. On nice days, it's a lovely walk into town along the canal, and there is a great pub at the locks where you can sit outside. The actual area outside the door doesn't have much going on, but easy access to supermarkets and really easy to get on the motorway for trips further afield.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As you'd expect from a big corporation really. There's no personal relationship and everything is done as per procedure.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How many fireworks go off, not just at bonfire night. The apartments are well soundproofed, so I don't really hear them, but they terrify my dog. They are set off every night from the end of August right through to November, and got really bad between Diwali and Bonfire night.
