speedily and to the best of their ability. very communicative too

That it would be this hard to want to leave at the end :(

no bad aspects ! this is paradise never seen anything like this before - it shouold be in the top 10 places to be in the planet, maybe the solar system. one of the seven wonder!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

always and on time. time and time again. they have always satisfied my needs

that there wasnt an athletic pit and a swimming pool at the top

The area is brilliant - so close to the tram stop, a co op underneath the building which is super convenient and not a long walk in town town!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the building management team responded promptly when we reported an issue.

I didn’t realise how close the tram stop actually was which is a definite good thing!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I haven’t got a chance to explore it yet. Having said that having coop beside the building is very convenient

I just moved in - I haven’t experience any issues yet

So far so good! Nothing much that I can think of.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent, with a great range of shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces all within easy walking distance. Transport links are very convenient, with good access to buses, trains and the wider city centre. Living on the street is generally quiet and convenient, with very little traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a very well-connected area and a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually straight away. Maintenance are brilliant and always on-site

How useful it is having a gym as part of the building!
