Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nothing arojnd, no woods, pubs, shops... not even a project to build anything and they sold it as if there was anything soon

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Status of the house before singing as they made you sign otherwise they threaten you may have to pay fees. We signed and then we saw hoyse was still unfinished so we couldnt move.

What is the best feature of your home:

Customer services is the only good thing. Design is poor, and home was not ready they only want to comply with dates so they are not getting a fee but they threaten if you don't sign we have to pay fees

Good area with very good neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

TW is not keen to accept even the most obvious construction defects, requiring you to insist and press hard to get them accept and/or action repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how bad a customer service and after-sales treatment Taylor Wimpey has, before I bought. I wish I had seen those razor-sharp latches of door handles which have cut our skins many times during day to day usage.
