The surroundings are calm and quiet. There is a big lidl nearby and woolston train station is also walkable. The water views around are quite nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were quick to resolve any issues raised in regards to apartment or parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking is little far and there is no direct connection to the underground parking from the building.

Good range of shops, restaurants and open spaces. Lovely walks along Weston Shore. Easy parking. No traffic, lovely views

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently the building and surrounding areas are very well maintained tanked

I wish had known that there was no ventilation in the bedrooms

Lovely and quiet location, very close to bus stop and train station so easy to get around. Handy local shops including Lidl, great wine bar, craft beer pub and cafes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

N/a I haven’t raised any issues thank you but I feel assured anything would be prompt

View across Southampton is amazing at any time of day or night

Having never lived in Southampton before, this was the perfect choice of building, experience, convenience, locations and amenities for us! Three years on and we still live our home. Easy access to shops, coffee, the beach, town and beautiful walks without even needing a car

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ease of an app at your finger tips to log any issues and jobs are completed rapid

Woolston offers a good range of local shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs, with nearby parks and the waterfront providing pleasant open space. Transport links are convenient, with regular buses and easy access to Southampton city centre. Parking can occasionally be limited on residential streets, but bin collections are regular and the area is generally quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been excellent in responding to any issues raised. Loyola, Richard, and the wider team are always approachable, responsive, and proactive in resolving matters quickly. Communication is clear and professional, and they consistently ensure residents feel supported and that the building remains well maintained.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing worth knowing before moving in is how well managed and community-focused the building is. Loyola, Richard, and the rest of the team are extremely approachable and responsive, which makes day-to-day living much easier. It is also helpful to know that the shared facilities such as the gym and rooftop terrace are well used by residents, which creates a friendly atmosphere but can occasionally mean they are busy at peak times. Overall, the development feels safe, well maintained, and professionally run, which is something that may not be fully appreciated during a short viewing.
