Hi, transport links are great,can sometimes be a bit noisy in the summertime late at night,on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had a problem with my plumbing,was resolved in less than six hours later.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Waste disposal area was shut on Sundays,but the management company are trialling Sunday opening, because people would leave their rubbish in corridor.

Superb location , very quiet compared to Ocean Village Parking space provided , easy access to Southampton train station , town .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes day moved in Maintenance immediately came to show how to use patio door , heating and induction hob , i had wrong pans . Nothing too much trouble

How safe , secure whole building is Attention to detail in apartments , cleanliness . Superb staff in all areas

This is a nice development with lovely views. There is a good variety of shops, supermarkets and coffee bars. Bus and train services are within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any problems or issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

The only thing I was not aware of is the lack of ventilation or air conditioning.

It's not a city center and we need to pay toll to go to the high street. A few local shops and no decent restaurants. The best part is nature and weston shores

I don't have any problems or issues so I don't have comments

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Schools are not great, this place is more suitable for families without school children.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No traffic noise and very unique view of the river from all flats. Parking is accessible but the lift and the stairs are out of service for vantage tower tenants which is not very convenient considering the £75 parking charge monthly for maintenance of the parking area. Bin collection system requires improvement as well because the rubbish collection is delayed to the point that an unpleasant smell is present most of the time.

Always very nicely and wisely and has never been unhelpful or passive.

Nothing as everything was clear to me and was as I agreed with.
