It's not a city center and we need to pay toll to go to the high street. A few local shops and no decent restaurants. The best part is nature and weston shores

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I don't have any problems or issues so I don't have comments

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Schools are not great, this place is more suitable for families without school children.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No traffic noise and very unique view of the river from all flats. Parking is accessible but the lift and the stairs are out of service for vantage tower tenants which is not very convenient considering the £75 parking charge monthly for maintenance of the parking area. Bin collection system requires improvement as well because the rubbish collection is delayed to the point that an unpleasant smell is present most of the time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always very nicely and wisely and has never been unhelpful or passive.

Nothing as everything was clear to me and was as I agreed with.

The area has a lot of local shops and restaurants which it make it easy for me and my wife to buy the stuff we need without needing a car. One of the best thing is having Lidl nearby us. And also the library make it easy for us to have activities will local resident as well

Very quickly and try to figure out the issues as soon as possible

It is nothing to be honest. Exactly the same as what I thought before moving

This apartment has the best of sea view and very serene . It is very close to major utilities and service providers

Timely response to complaints and issues when them

I love the modern facilities fitted in the apartment

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The sound insulation is poor. There are not many restaurants around, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is very high quality. The safety factor is very high. The elevator may need regular maintenance. The gym can have more facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some equipment can be added to the gym, and I hope the apartment can repair the elevator.

Can I exercise conveniently in the apartment or outside.
