Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a lot of local shops and restaurants which it make it easy for me and my wife to buy the stuff we need without needing a car. One of the best thing is having Lidl nearby us. And also the library make it easy for us to have activities will local resident as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and try to figure out the issues as soon as possible

It is nothing to be honest. Exactly the same as what I thought before moving

This apartment has the best of sea view and very serene . It is very close to major utilities and service providers

Timely response to complaints and issues when them

I love the modern facilities fitted in the apartment

The sound insulation is poor. There are not many restaurants around, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is very high quality. The safety factor is very high. The elevator may need regular maintenance. The gym can have more facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some equipment can be added to the gym, and I hope the apartment can repair the elevator.

Can I exercise conveniently in the apartment or outside.

There are not much restaurants and local shops except for lidl with in the area but it is a good location. Transport links are accessible. The only thing which I dont like is that the building don't have its own parking but have a premium parking space in another building. Bin collection is on time. No traffic noise or nuisance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is friendly and helpful through out the process of moving in and is responsive as well

External heating supplier is something I should have known before move in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has a decent range of essential shops and services, with a few good cafés and takeaways nearby, though options are limited for higher-end restaurants. Open spaces are available within walking distance and are generally well maintained. Transport links are convenient, especially with reliable bus routes, but traffic can become heavy at peak times. The street is usually quiet, parking is manageable, and bin collections are consistent. Occasional noise from passing cars occurs, but serious anti-social behaviour is rare.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally responded promptly and handled issues in a straightforward way, resolving most problems without unnecessary delay.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the surrounding roads can get during peak hours. It doesn’t affect daily life inside the flat, but it can slow down travel and make planning around rush times more important than expected.
