Living at Union Wharf is the best! The gym is my second home and this gym is amazing - the staff are extremely helpful in all cases especially Siobhon as she was a great help when we moved in!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and efficiently there is an app that is very easy to use

I wish I had I known that the concierge are not a 24hr service

Greenwich has all the benefits of a university town: inexpensive food options, variety in recreation, and attentiveness from the local council. It's designed for students but works for everyone else too. The park is a highlight, the community is diverse, the transport links are convenient, and the area feels safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly. It's as simple as logging a service request in the app and scheduling time for them to attend to it. Alternatively, emailing or going downstairs to chat with the Residents team is advisable, too; it just depends on the nature of the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building's facade has been worked on for more than a year now, with abseilers dropping by your window a few times a week. They seldom clean up after themselves, leaving debris on balconies for residents to take care of. This is an external company, though, rather than Union Wharf.

Ideal London living with kids!!! There’s ALWAYS something to do or something going on in the area!!! Choice of 3 Primary Schools all walking distance. GP across the road. pharmacy 5 min and lots of shops to choose from Grocery wise. You also have a choice of Coffee shops, restaurants and Greenwich market nearby!!!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always professional no matter the issue or concern and happy to help.

I would say the parking restrictions on the road outside and area, but that came after we moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The range of shops is adequate. They have everything you need, but lack a bigger Supermarket. Transport is convenient, it’s close to Greenwich station however Cutty Sark is closed. The 188 bus outside goes all the way to Tottenham Court Road. Living in the street would be upsetting, I feel fortunate to have a home this nice. Antisocial behaviour isn’t too prevalent, except in Deptford at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has an app where I can raise issues, to which they reply promptly and triage to the right serviceman. Repairs are done in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is no Swimming pool 😢 and there is a huge shopping centre in Greenwich. Also there is a childcare downstairs that has very loud screaming children.

Great transport links and a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Cutty Sark escalators often not working but hopefully the ongoing works will finally resolve it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, always respond to maintenance and repair requests within the week

Great community and neighbours. Alot of effort put into keeping tenants happy
