Living in this area is hard to beat. You have so many pubs, restaurants and cafes within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment. You also have quick access to two train stops, as well as bus lines that go right into the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We always get prompt communication even if the issue can't be fixed straight away, which makes such a difference.

The events run by the building are really well organised and you end up meeting people so easily. It puts you in a good position to make some great friends, because it's so easy when you are in the same building and bumping into each other at the gym or at events all the time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very convenient, with a good range of supermarkets, local shops, cafés, restaurants and bars within easy reach, as well as plenty of green and open spaces around Greenwich and Deptford. Transport links are also very good, with the DLR and Greenwich station making it easy to get around London without needing a car. The neighbourhood generally feels pleasant and residential. Parking can be limited, and there can be some traffic and construction noise at times, but overall I find the area convenient and enjoyable to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has generally been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve raised an issue. They listen to concerns, communicate clearly and make an effort to resolve problems promptly.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how much the overall experience depends on the building and resident teams, as they are a big part of day-to-day life here. I’d also recommend taking some time to explore the local area, as there are more shops, restaurants, cafés and green spaces nearby than you might initially realise.

Local area you could not ask for more, greenwich park, cutty sark. Feels like living in a mini village while in london.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to act. Have a reporting app or let reception team know and they will resolve.

Nice neighbours, everyone I have met is friendly. Dog friendly place too.

Good 1. Access to multiple transport options; overhead / DLR 2. Lovely town Centre (Greenwich) and park with a good selection of restaurants and local shops Bad 1. During summer, the places becomes a lot busier with the influx of Tourists

Yes the response has been almost immediate in most cases

The residents team host multiple social events that allows residents to meet /make new friends

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I love living here - it’s the perfect point between the green spaces of Greenwich and the restaurants/bars of Deptford.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and efficiently with no undue stress on my part

I wish I’d taken part in the communal events and classes sooner!
