Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Greenwich is a fantastic place to live with a great mix of green space, riverside views, history and strong transport links. Greenwich Park, the river walks, local cafés and independent restaurants are real highlights, and the area has a friendly community feel. The main downsides are the rising costs and petty crimes, but overall it remains one of the best areas to live in London
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The on-site team and maintenance service have always been wonderful and quick to assist with any issues, making living here hassle-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
All great, I really couldn’t have asked for a better place

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I do wish there was a green space much closer, especially because dog owners allow their dogs to defecate all over the area, like if the abandoned lot next door was a park that would be so amazing. The tiny park next to the creche is unfortunately no longer grass, and the knocking down of trees and vines is also saddening, but at least there's Greenwich park walking distance away. I've never felt unsafe in the area, nor have I felt like it was dirty (aside from the dog excrement and once there was a lot of rubbish attracting rodents around the tables outside reception). The transport is great also, though the cutty sark not being operation is a real pain. Can't complain though, what with regular buses and Greenwich station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always responded quickly and assistance has often arrived quickly or at least an appointment booked in.

Don't take the facilities and the view for granted!! You'd be paying an arm and a leg for even one of them in other apartments, we are so so lucky to have all of these available to us and I feel they are very underutilised.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is super well located. Close to a range of cafes, shops and restaurants. Good transport links too. I would struggle to live anywhere else
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building respond promptly to maintenance requests and will even come at a moments notice if available
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how much it would have become a core part of my community and support network

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is well-positioned between Cutty Sark and Greenwich, so access to transport is easy (you get the DLR and National Rail). For a dog owner - the location is a godsend, we are spoilt for choice of walking options (both along the river and the park). Greenwich is very dog friendly, vets and doggy daycare all nearby (and a big pet store). Overall, being close to the historical Greenwich is amazing - food and shopping options are great, picturehouse nearby, and, it's just a beautiful place to be.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issue, however minor, gets fixed fast and at a high quality. Have never seen anything quite like it while renting - any and every concern gets resolved for tenants.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Make sure you like the view from the flat you're choosing as some do have a breathtaking view of Thames and is definitely worth checking those out!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has a great range of local shops, cafés and restaurants, including a lovely coffee shop right on my doorstep inside the building with beautiful Christmas décor. There are plenty of grocery options within a short walk — a large Waitrose just 2 minutes away, plus Tesco and Sainsbury’s Express close by. Transport links are excellent, with lots of buses as well as the DLR and Southeastern trains nearby. While the building is by a main road and traffic noise can be heard outside, the sound isolation is incredible — once the windows are shut, it’s completely quiet. In terms of safety, there are occasional phone snatches in the area, as in many parts of London, so it’s just about being mindful when using your device. Otherwise, the street feels generally safe, bins are collected regularly, and overall it’s a very convenient and pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded exceptionally well to any issues I’ve raised. My broken balcony door was fixed very quickly, and when my fridge stopped working, they already knew about the issue and replaced it with a brand-new one within two days. In the meantime, the staff kindly brought a temporary fridge to my apartment, which I really appreciated. Their efficiency and thoughtfulness make a huge difference.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how great the resident gym is — I ended up cancelling my external membership because it’s so convenient and well-equipped. In terms of street safety, the area is generally safe, but occasional phone snatches do occur, so it’s wise to be mindful when using your device outside.
