The area is nice but there are a lot of tourists, and there is quite a lot of phone theft in the area. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place to live and right near the markets and park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very swift to reply, never any issues or back and fourths when something naturally breaks from wear and tear and always helpful when we needed a new appliance or if something was faulty. Couldn’t fault the service at alls
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I really cannot think of anything the team was very transparent before we moved in.

Greenwich is a fantastic place to live, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants, especially near Greenwich Market and along the riverside. Greenwich Park is a beautiful green space perfect for walks and relaxation. Transport links are excellent, with easy access to trains, buses, and the DLR.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is incredibly responsive, addressing any issues quickly and efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
For anyone new moving in, I highly recommend joining the community events they host. They're always fun and a great way to meet your neighbours and feel more connected.

All shops are really close to me , transportation is less than a min walk and the area is really safe .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always Quick and efficient in any issue that came up
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just the window cleaning (outside) needs to be scheduled more often , that’s all. Especially for apartments without balcony .

Living at Union Wharf is the best! The gym is my second home and this gym is amazing - the staff are extremely helpful in all cases especially Siobhon as she was a great help when we moved in!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and efficiently there is an app that is very easy to use

I wish I had I known that the concierge are not a 24hr service

Greenwich has all the benefits of a university town: inexpensive food options, variety in recreation, and attentiveness from the local council. It's designed for students but works for everyone else too. The park is a highlight, the community is diverse, the transport links are convenient, and the area feels safe.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly. It's as simple as logging a service request in the app and scheduling time for them to attend to it. Alternatively, emailing or going downstairs to chat with the Residents team is advisable, too; it just depends on the nature of the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building's facade has been worked on for more than a year now, with abseilers dropping by your window a few times a week. They seldom clean up after themselves, leaving debris on balconies for residents to take care of. This is an external company, though, rather than Union Wharf.
