Great reception and community within the building. Love the social aspect included such as events hosted for residents to attend. Love the rooftop to hang out with friends and access to the gym as well. The addition of Pantree has also been incredibly convenient.

Great variety of food options and grocery stores. Easy access to the DLR and Thameslink and rather clean surroundings as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues regarding appliances etc have all been fixed asap.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about how the sound outside was like before moving in when keeping the windows open at night.

Thanks for your review Rache J! If you notice that the working wharf on the other side of Deptford Creek is noisier than usual, please do get in touch with us as we do regularly monitor noise pollution in this area.

The local area is fantastic overall. Great access to Greenwich market and park

We have had a few appliance and billing issues but they were always resolved rapidly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the dirt mill / maybe I would've gone to a unit on the other side.

Amazing place to live

The building is amazing to live in, building management are very helpful and responsive. The new parcel collection system is also very useful. The new gym is fantastic and makes it well worth the money. New HIIT and yoga classes have also just been introduced and they are excellent

Beautiful and unique area overall. Anti social behaviour and rowdy drinkers at times hear the Cutty Sark station but overall lovely and family friendly area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses are very prompt and staff are overall very friendly and helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No tube access to the area but this can easily be overlooked given the regular DLR and other overground links

A true homely experience

The building is sleek, with three spacious lifts and well-considered amenities that bring peace and enjoyment from the place. A true homely experience. The reception staff are pleasant, attentive and friendly. The windows let in plenty of natural light, making the place feel spacious and and stylish.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I find living in Union Wharf more convenient than when I first even read through the tenancy offer. The faculties and culture of the building is excellent, with a real sense of forward thought and care. Access to cultural amenities including the excellent Greenwich Market, makes you feel as though you’re never too far from falling into a good time. Whether it be a nice drive through the city, or a walk by the Thames. It’s truly a comfortable experience living and socialising in this community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, Gabriel the handyman is always willing to help and works very efficiently. I’ve needed some small repairs in the home and building management are always willing and efficient in handling issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the free parking locations in the area, as they are fewer than I thought.

Really like the design and the layout of the building , the use of fobs to get in everywhere makes it feel really safe and secure , everyone in the building staff and resident are really friendly and approachable, so handy to have an on-site gym and coffee shop

Lots of local shops and bars and restaurants all of high quality , all within a short walk of the building which makes it super easy to get around
