Transport links good, locals shops ok, but larger stores restaurants or pubs you will need a car. Quiet street, parking available with each home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responsive and helpful, always endeavoured to resolve
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Be prepared to be fleeced at tenancy renewal time. Carrots will be dangled to draw you in for the first year tenancy, only to be unreasonably hiked up thereafter.

Living in this area has been a really positive experience overall. There’s a great mix of local shops, cafés, and restaurants, with a good balance between independent spots and well-known brands. The food options are varied, and there’s always somewhere new to try. Open spaces are a real highlight — parks and walking trails are nearby, which makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors or unwind at the weekend. Transport links are generally very convenient, with reliable bus and train connections that make commuting simple. Traffic can get a bit busy during peak hours, but it’s manageable and typical for a well-connected area like this. The street itself is pleasant and friendly. Parking is usually straightforward, and bin collections are regular and well-organized. It feels like a safe, community-minded place — people look out for each other, and there’s very little noise or disruption. Overall, it’s a lovely area to live in with a strong sense of neighbourhood and great amenities close by.

A detailed explantation on how to use the water and heating controller would have been beneficial, for someone not familar with these types of heating systems.

The location provides exceptional convenience. The easy access to public transport, which has made our daily commute stress-free. Additionally, being within walking distance of local shops, cafés, and other essentials has added so much value to our day-to-day living.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’re absolutely thrilled with our new home, and the entire journey wouldn’t have been the same without Ellie, our amazing property manager. From the start, Ellie stood out with her professionalism and responsiveness. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Her communication was clear and timely, and we always felt supported throughout every step. If you’re looking for someone who’s genuinely dedicated to your needs, highly professional, and truly responsive, we can’t recommend Ellie enough.

one thing we didn’t realize until we moved in is how convenient everything is around here. You wouldn’t necessarily notice it during a viewing, but the shops are really close, and transport’s super easy to get to. Makes life a lot easier!"

Parking is amazing, only issue I have is the school when parents parking obstructing me to come out of the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Ellie my property manager is very prompt. I am waiting on my heating to be fixed and external company has not contacted me as of yet but my property manager chasing this up for me.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The school parking an issue for accessibility as the cars obstruct my journey in and out of the development causing traffic.
