Modern and well managed social experience

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Union Coliving has been a really good experience. The area has a great mix of local shops, cosy cafés and a few nice places to eat out. There are some lovely green spaces nearby which are perfect for relaxing or going for a walk. Transport links are very convenient. Buses run regularly and the tram stop is close enough to make getting into the city centre quick and easy. The street is generally quiet and feels safe. Parking is available, and bin collections happen on time most weeks. People in the area are friendly and I haven’t had any issues with noise or anti-social behaviour. It’s a great place for anyone looking for a social, comfortable and well-connected place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been excellent whenever I’ve raised an issue. Nathan Sherwood, George, and Bella have all been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They respond quickly, always follow up, and genuinely care about making sure residents are comfortable and happy. It makes a big difference knowing there’s a reliable and approachable team looking after the place.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how social and community-focused Union Coliving really is. It’s a great place if you enjoy meeting new people and being part of a shared living environment, but it might feel a bit busy at times if you’re more private. I’d also recommend bringing a fan in the summer, as the rooms can get quite warm. A helpful tip for new neighbours: get involved in the events early on,it’s a great way to make friends and feel settled quickly.

Amazing place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is amazing! Being new to Manchester, i didn't know much about the location but i love the fact i can be in spinningfields and on deansgate within 5 minutes. The area has been busy with construction work but that appears to have quietened down a bit. Transport links could be better but i often use the free bus which is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest stop and gets me around the city easily.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There are always staff members available and as per my comment above, they sort any issues out quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I thought that there would be more parking in the area.

Union is the Best Place to Live in Manchester – Here’s Why (From Someone Who’s Lived Here Since Day One!)

Lisa K. (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Unbeatable Location I won’t lie—you won’t find a better location in Manchester. The building sits right next to a beautiful canal, making for a peaceful yet central spot. The city center is within walking distance, and the Courts Club is right next door—if you love tennis, having courts just steps away from your home is a dream! If you work in the city center, you won’t need public transport; everything you need is just a short walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Big thank you to both Nathan, Bella, Tom, George, Sam. All people are helpful here and all of them contribute to make my living be more peaceful and happier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish more people would know about this building and would enjoy same way as I do :)

Issues were addressed within a few days after an email was sent to appropiate department.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
