Absolutely appalling!! They are the WORST builders of all time! They do nothing but LIE! My house has over 10 defects! Firstly they said the slope on my floor was only 2mm it’s not it’s over 10mm! The drainage is shocking, they just lie and say things are going down the toilet that shouldn’t be! Front and back door- warped can’t lock it and find it hard to open and close it. Kitchen window can’t lock it have to leave it on the latch... water pressure is shocking, when water is on downstairs you get no water upstairs... back garden turns into a swamp when it rains as there isn’t correct drainage. Cracks all over the ceilings! Nails coming through from plaster boards, Windows are moving as seal is breaking across the top! Wow my list goes on! Looking into taking them to court under section 36 and 36a of the building act and also get them done for slander! They name all of us H.A’s- discrimination at its finest!
