Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have been a paying tenant here and despite having a valid parking permit clearly on display, I have been continuously fined by the private parking company hired to “manage” the car park. This is outrageous, considering tenants already pay rent and service charges to live here. Instead of protecting residents, the system feels like a cash grab against the very people who live here legitimately. I expected far better from a residential development, but instead I’ve been left stressed, frustrated, and out of pocket for simply parking in my own space. Absolutely unacceptable.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Despite repeatedly raising the issue of being fined by the parking company while holding a valid resident permit, the agency takes no accountability and provides no real support. As a paying tenant, I should not have to constantly battle unfair charges just to park at my own home. The lack of responsibility, empathy, and action from this agency is shocking. They are quick enough to take rent but nowhere to be seen when genuine problems arise.
What is the best feature of your home:
I wouldn’t call it a home for one as I feel imprisoned with constant letters before claim of the private parking company they hired to scam innocent tenants out of there money.

Love the location it's only a 15 min walk to the city centre, with an easy walk to a retail park and the town centre it's super convenient
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The location is so convenient, city life, town life, close to train station and bust stations, and long walks along the river
What is the best feature of your home:
Has to be the fact it's a new build, so has all the modern connivences while located so close to the city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is nicely situated between Nottingham city and west bridgford so good options for shopping and activities in either direction. View is currently of a construction site whilst the rest of the development is built so it can be noisy at times. Development is right next to a football ground so it can be noisy on a game day
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Notified the management about an issue with a tap, a plumber was booked for the same week and the problem was sorted asap.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The way to get a meter reading could be improved, although smart meters are supposedly installed so the energy company should be able to see the value.

Bin collection is prompt and friendly No parking ridiculous for the price of rent parking should be available for all tenants
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes but with delays Requested meter reads in November and still haven’t received Building management shouldn’t get parking permits and none for tenants not fair for those who pay rent/mortgage
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there’s no parking and impossible to park on football days.
